Lin Zexu, a national hero, is a man with strong personality. In order to control his emotions, he wrote down the word "control anger" and hung it in the hall as a motto to remind himself at all times.
There is a scene in the movie "Lin Zexu": Guangdong customs supervisor Yu Kun colluded with foreigners to undermine the smoking ban. Lin Zexu was furious and broke the tea bowl. As soon as he looked up, the word "control anger" came into view, and he immediately held his horses and controlled his feelings.
The next day, he received Yu Kun casually. After clever handling, Yu Kun finally handed over the silver coin for the construction of Humen Fort. This plot reproduces Lin Zexu's willpower to control anger.
2, in addition to the three evils around you
In the middle of the third century AD, Yangxian County (now Yixing City) in Yixing spread the story of eliminating three evils in Zhouchu.
At the beginning of the Zhou Dynasty (242-297), the words were hidden, righteous and admired. His grandfather, Zhou Bin, joined the army as a counselor of Wu Dong in the Three Kingdoms, and later transferred to Guangping Prefecture. Father Zhou Fu, a famous Wu Dong, was appointed as the prefect of Poyang and was awarded the title of Prince Guan Neihou.
Zhou Chu's father died, and his mother spoiled him too much. When I was young, I was burly, with great arm strength and extremely high martial arts.
I am good at hunting. I don't want to do fine work. I indulge my desires and run wild in the country. The folk song says, "Zhou Xiao has a strong physique. He carries a knife and a bow every day and a gun at night. Punching Li and kicking Zhang are like tigers pouncing on sheep.
Scared the villagers to complain, and no one dared to say. "Seven-foot lad, small withdrawn, careless, suffering from the state", is called the "three evils" of foreign counties by villagers, Nanshan Tiger and Xiqiao Dragon.
Later, this statement reached the beginning of the week. Knowing that he was hated, he suddenly repented. He went into the mountains alone to shoot tigers and jiaozi down the mountain. After three days and three nights, he chased dozens of miles in the water and finally killed tigers and evil jiaozi.
He himself turned over a new leaf, studied literature seriously and practiced martial arts, and the "three evils" in the city were eliminated.
After eliminating the "three evils", Zhou Chu became angry from embarrassment and tried to be strong. He worshipped Lu Ji and Lu Yun as his teachers, and finally became a scholar with both civil and military skills, which was highly valued by the imperial court. He successively served as Zuo Cheng, Jin Xinping, Guanghan and moved to the imperial system.
He was an honest official and not afraid of powerful people, so he was excluded by powerful ministers. In the sixth year of Yuankang in the Western Jin Dynasty (296), he was named General Jianwei and was ordered to lead troops to the western expedition of Qiang people. The following spring, he died on the battlefield in Liu Mo (now Ganxian County, Shaanxi Province). After death, General Pingxi was posthumously awarded and given a filial piety.
3, Zhang Xueliang detoxification
Zhang Xueliang suffered from opium poisoning all the year round, and injected morphine every 15 to 20 minutes on average.
It's easy to quit! Dr Miller hinted that not only Zhang Xueliang wanted to quit drugs, but also his wife Yu Fengzhi and secretary Miss Zhao Si wanted to quit. Miller also insisted on directing Zhang Xueliang's guards and relatives to get rid of Zhang Xueliang's personal doctors, who surrounded Zhang Xueliang all day trying to alleviate the young marshal's pain.
Zhang Xueliang fully complied with these three requirements.
Miller gave him an enema first and took anesthetic. Zhang Xueliang suffered unbearable pain, shouting, and his nose and tears kept flowing.
Miller told Du: "At this time, only cruelty can solve the problem." Du Yuesheng agreed.
Miller stopped using sedatives and anesthetics, tied Zhang Xueliang to the bed and let him struggle until he was exhausted. In this way, after a few months, Zhang Xueliang finally gave up drug addiction.
4. Zhu De joined the revolution after giving up drugs.
It is not difficult for Zhu De to go to the hospital for detoxification. He went to France's Palace Hospital and immediately began treatment.
Zhu De was infected with opium to cure insomnia. After opium was cut off, chronic insomnia began to attack, and Zhu De stayed up all night studying.
He found many books and periodicals promoting progressive ideas, especially the Proclamation of the Production Party and other books and periodicals promoting the workers' movement.
He began to understand that the workers' movement in China was led by the * * * production party, and the * * * production party groups all over the country flourished. It seems that the wave of Soviet-Russian revolution led by Lenin may be surging in China, and his heart suddenly became clear. He was very excited and expressed his appreciation and approval for the spirit of "workers have no food" embodied in the red socialist system in Soviet Russia. ?
After a cramp and pulp aspiration, Zhu De finally walked out of the door of the French Palace Hospital with his head held high, as if he were a different person. During the treatment in Gong Sheng Hospital, the course of treatment is mainly nourishing, and the daily medicine fee is 8 Liang.
5. Lv Meng doesn't like studying.
On one occasion, Sun Quan said to Lv Meng, "You are now in an important position and have great power, so you have to study." Lv Meng evaded many military affairs and had no time.
Sun Quan said, "Do I want you to study Confucian classics and become a learned scholar?" ! A cursory look will tell you the past. You said you were busy. Who can handle more affairs than me? I often read books and feel that I have great benefits. "
Lu Meng was inspired and began to learn. Over time, he read more books than when he stayed in Confucianism.
