Encourage yourself with lofty professional ethics, work hard and have a strong sense of responsibility, and strive to combine teaching and educating people inside and outside the classroom.
From the beginning of this course, I have been trying to establish a good teacher-student relationship with students, not only demanding students in study, but also taking the initiative to care for students in thought and life. For some students from poor families, I actively seek opportunities for them to work and study inside and outside the school to reduce their burden. I also give them some subsidies. I often take time to chat with my classmates during or before class to keep abreast of students' ideological trends. Take individual communication to special students, solve their ideological problems in time, and do psychological counseling well. I love my students. I trust and appreciate each other. What impressed me the most is that the English classroom atmosphere in this class is always so active. My experience as a class teacher is: in addition to strict requirements in learning, I actively care about my ideological life and pay attention to cultivating students' self-confidence and ability. In class management, I have done the following work;

In 2003, our Information College enrolled nearly 200 freshmen. These students didn't divide their majors in the first academic year, and then they chose their majors in the second academic year according to their own interests and the learning progress in the first academic year. Therefore, 200 students were divided into six small classes on average in the first school year. As the head teacher, I am mainly responsible for the student work of two classes numbered 1 and 2. There used to be 68 students in these two classes, including 2 from North Korea and 3 from grade 200/kloc-0. Later 1 students transferred to the Department of Mathematics, 1 students dropped out of school because of hepatitis A, so there were 66 students in the last class.

It is of great significance to cultivate students' study habits of learning, learning to do things, learning to live, learning to survive and learning to change at the beginning of freshman year. The application of the strategy of preventing micro-duration is mainly aimed at cultivating these abilities and habits in middle school students' daily life. On the basis of understanding and mastering the students' situation as a whole, students are guided through class meetings, storytelling, reading, chatting and other forms, even through jokes.
David hume famously said, "Habit is a great guide to human life". Therefore, helping and guiding students to form good habits, whether in study or in life, is the key to the work of educators and class teachers, and also the guarantee of success and success.
Finally, my work experience and suggestions are that the management of students, including the work of the head teacher, should be promoted to a more important position than learning specific knowledge, so as to make a good work plan for the head teacher and improve the management quality.

I just finished my study period. Looking back on my work this year, in addition to serving as the secretary of the Youth League Committee, there is also a very important job to be a class teacher. I am the head teacher of English education in Class 0 1, 0 103, 0 104 of Grade 2000. Below I will summarize the class work of the two majors respectively.
The situation of two classes of English teaching major in grade 2000 is better. They have basically adapted to college life, and the class committees of the two classes are serious and responsible, which can play a leading role, keep close contact with me and do a good job in bridge work. Therefore, the two classes have achieved remarkable results: 200 1 class was rated as an excellent class group this year. Two-thirds of the students in the class took part in the party school and all graduated with excellent results. One of the students was trained to prepare for party member. This class has a strong style of study, and usually insists on reading early, and no one retakes the final exam. In the English drama competition, the class also won the second prize.
Last year, the class of 2002 was awarded the Red Flag League branch. The class also actively demands progress. Of the 33 students in the class, 22 submitted their applications for joining the Party to the Party organization, forming a good mental outlook of "a red star facing the Party". The Youth League branch is serious and responsible, so that students have a clear understanding of cults. As a class teacher, I feel very gratified and proud to see such class results. They will enter their junior year next semester, and the class committee will be re-elected. I hope more students can get exercise. The other two courses I took contrasted with them. The general situation of freshmen 0 103 and 0 104 worries me. Let's talk about shortcomings first. Generally speaking, there are the following points:
1, dull, without enthusiasm. Students don't care about any activities, whether it's literature or sports, but bow their heads and do their own thing. I once went to class to help me experience it myself, and the effect didn't seem obvious. Therefore, the class work is greatly hindered, the activities are difficult to carry out, and the work of the class Committee is difficult and ineffective.
2. The relationship between classmates is indifferent. According to my usual spot check and understanding of the dormitory, the relationship between classmates is extremely indifferent. There are few visits between bedrooms, and we don't know each other well enough. Even in the same dormitory, there is little in-depth contact with each other. They will also feel lonely and stressed, but they will not try to change.
3. Poor academic performance. I often communicate with their teachers, and both of them are very worried about the professional achievements of these two classes. The main problems are poor foundation, low starting point and tired students.
There are many children from poor families. Many students have to work part-time for a long time because of the poor economic situation at home, which has a certain impact on their studies. The apartment and dormitory in the school are divided into two sides, and the poor students are under great psychological pressure and even more boring.
Of course, these two classes also have advantages. For example, students have a correct attitude towards learning, and most of them attend classes at night. Good attendance in class, students can abide by school rules. I really find it difficult to manage such a class. Everyone didn't want to speak at the class meeting as a whole, so I took the way of speaking one by one to understand their thoughts. I will do less work in the Youth League Committee next semester, and I will spend more energy on these two classes. Go deep into their work.
