The physical distribution area ranges from 150 square meters to 30 square meters, and monetary subsidies are also given different standards according to different types of talents, of which the maximum amount of B-type talents is 2 million yuan.

Due to the overlapping of departmental inspections and the repeated enjoyment of subsidies by some talents in the housing rental subsidies for F-type talents in the human society department, this revision will merge the two types of subsidies and unify the housing rental subsidies for F-type talents into the housing rental subsidies for college graduates in the municipal people's society.

2. Compared with the 20 17 version, the new "Measures" have adjusted the date of publication of the talent list and the way of handling violations. Considering the integrity of audit data and working hours, the publicity time is adjusted from the end of each quarter to the first month of each quarter, and the list of talent housing in the last quarter is publicized to the public for 5 working days.

Regarding the handling of violations, the new "Measures" combined with the relevant provisions of the Regulations of Jiangsu Province on Social Credit Management and the Regulations of Nanjing Municipality on Social Credit Management, revised the relevant expressions to make them conform to the provisions of social credit management laws and regulations, and incorporated them into the credit information system according to law and announced them to the public.
