In Yutou Island, it is estimated to invest 654.38 billion yuan to build an underwater cultural relics museum. The project is located in the northwest of Pingtan, and Wanjiao 1 shipwreck site is located on the traditional maritime Silk Road route. Combined with the construction of marine biology museum, an underwater museum, represented by Wanjiao 1, reflecting the culture of the Maritime Silk Road, will be built.

Software park

Pingtan Software Park, with a planned total land area of about 1.448 square kilometers, is located in Xingfuyang Group, which belongs to the science and technology research and development zone and is one of the key projects of Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. The base is adjacent to the high-tech industrial zone organized by the Central Plains in the east and Pingtan University Town in the south, with superior natural and human conditions. We can rely on the advantages of talents and industrial agglomeration brought by cultural and educational areas and industrial bases to realize the good development of the park.

Gongtie bridge

Pingtan Strait Rail Cross-sea Bridge is a key control project of newly-built Fuping Railway and Changle-Pingtan expressway. It is an extension line of Hefu Railway, an important part of Beijing-Fuzhou Passage, and a fast passage connecting Changle Sub-central City and Pingtan Comprehensive Experimental Zone. This is the world's first truly highway and railway bridge.
