First, Jiangsu Police College
Jiangsu Police Officer College is the first provincial public security undergraduate college established in China. The college, formerly known as Nanjing Public Security School, was founded in 1949. 1953 was renamed Jiangsu public security school, 1982 became the first public security college in China, and was upgraded to an undergraduate college in 2002.
The main campus of the college is located at No.48, Shi Fo Sangong, Pukou District, Nanjing, with two campuses, Andemen and Longtan. The campus covers an area of 670,000 square meters and the building area of the school building is about 350,000 square meters. The college has Marxist College, Public Security Management Department, Public Security Management Department, Investigation Department, Criminal Science and Technology Department, Computer Information and Network Security Department and other teaching departments.
Second, Nanjing Forest Police College
Nanjing Forest Police College is the only public security college directly under the Ministry of Public Security in the south of the Yangtze River, which has a unique position and mission in the layout of national public security higher education. In March 2000, it was upgraded to Nanjing Forest Public Security College; On March 20 10, Nanjing Forest Police College was upgraded. The college covers a total area of 1343.26 mu and has three campuses: Xianlin, Huayuan Road and Andemen.
At present, the college offers nine undergraduate public security majors, including public security, investigation, criminal science and technology, public security management, network security and law enforcement, public security information science, police command and tactics, food and drug environmental crime investigation technology, and data policing technology. There are 7 national first-class undergraduate specialty construction sites.
