Heilongjiang Oriental College, located in Harbin, is a private undergraduate college, a typical graduate employment experience college and a comprehensive reform pilot college of the National University of Applied Science and Technology. The school was founded in 1992, formerly known as Oriental University. 1995 was renamed Heilongjiang Oriental College.
