Chapter III Enrollment Plan and Admission

Article 10 Shandong University enrolls students for the whole country. According to the requirements of national policies, we will strive to promote regional and urban and rural enrollment opportunities to be fair, optimize the student source structure of our school, make overall consideration of the number of candidates in each province, the quality of students, the employment situation of various majors and other factors, and determine the enrollment plan by province and specialty. The annual enrollment plan and the enrollment plan by province and specialty shall be subject to the announcement of the Ministry of Education and the provincial enrollment institutions.

The school takes 1% of the total enrollment plan as a reserved plan, which is mainly used for student quality control and the admission of candidates with the same score.

Article 11 Access principle

1. For the national college entrance examination plus points specified by the Ministry of Education and the education authorities of various provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), our school recognizes the highest plus points among all the plus points that candidates have, with a maximum of 20 points; The bonus items are applicable to both the filing and the majors, but all the bonus items and scores of the college entrance examination are not applicable to the enrollment items that do not arrange provincial and professional enrollment plans.

According to the batch submitted by parallel volunteer, the proportion of file adjustment should be controlled within 105% in principle. Candidates who pass the physical examination and obey the professional adjustment will not quit the file after entering the file, and they have not completed the plan to collect volunteers.

For the batches that voluntarily file in sequence, the file transfer ratio should be controlled within 1.20% in principle, and the files should be admitted from high to low according to the filing results until the files are full. Candidates who do not meet the professional wishes and do not obey the adjustment, fail the physical examination or fail to reach the admission line will be dismissed. In the case that the number of first-choice candidates is insufficient, the school will recruit non-first-choice candidates from high to low according to the candidates' scores until the student source plan is completed. If the number of qualified non-first-choice candidates is still insufficient, volunteers will be collected.

If the recruitment of volunteers is still insufficient, the remaining plans will be transferred to other provinces with good student quality to complete the enrollment plan.

2. Shandong University arranges candidates to enroll in majors according to their scores and professional volunteers. Except for individual provinces and enrollment types, the distribution of majors is based on the principle of "score first", and there is no grade difference between professional volunteers. Within the scope permitted by the scale of professional enrollment, the school will appropriately adjust the professional enrollment plan according to the candidates' professional volunteers.

3. If the scores are the same, the comparison rules of the scores of the corresponding provinces shall be followed. For provinces that do not have clear comparison rules for the same score, priority will be given to those with high actual test scores, those with policies to increase or decrease scores, and those with high scores in related subjects. Comparison order of related subjects: literature and history candidates compare Chinese, literature comprehensive, mathematics and foreign languages in turn, science and engineering candidates compare mathematics, science comprehensive, Chinese and foreign languages in turn, and comprehensive reform provincial candidates compare the highest scores of Chinese, mathematics, foreign languages and elective subjects in turn.

4. The scores of selected subjects in the academic proficiency test of candidates in Jiangsu Province must reach 2A; Candidates who apply for some special types of enrollment in our school must meet the requirements of the corresponding enrollment brochure. When arranging majors, the school adopts the method of "scoring first and then grading", that is, according to the candidates' grades from high to low, when the scores are the same, the highest score in the college entrance examination is given priority; If the actual scores of the college entrance examination are the same, they will be sorted according to the grades of the selected subjects, and those with higher grades of related subjects will be given priority.
