The University of Wisconsin-Madison (UW Madison for short) was founded in 1848, located in Madison, the capital of Wisconsin, USA. It is a world-class famous public research university, ranking 27th in academic ranking of world universities on 20 19 and 37th in News World University of the United States in 2020. It is the flagship institution of the University of Wisconsin system. He is a founding member of association of american universities and the Top Ten League, and is known as the public Ivy League University. Together with the University of California at Berkeley and the University of Michigan at ann arbor, it is called "the top three public universities in the United States".
