Article 7 In accordance with the requirements of the Opinions on Establishing and Perfecting the Financial Aid Policy System for Students with Financial Difficulties in Ordinary Undergraduate Colleges, Higher Vocational Schools and Secondary Vocational Schools, our school has established financial aid policies for students with financial difficulties in colleges and universities, such as national scholarships, national inspirational scholarships, national grants, national student loans (including national student loans in schools and credit student loans in students' places of origin), national education aid for students in military service colleges, enrollment aid for freshmen, work-study programs, tuition fee reduction and so on.
Before entering school, students from poor families can apply to the county (city, district) level education department where their families are registered, so as to solve the tuition and accommodation fees. When entering school, freshmen with particularly difficult family finances can report through the "green channel" opened by the school. At the same time, our school fully allocates 5% of its business income to support students from poor families. Ninth professional (class) foreign language training requirements

Article 12 Access Rules
1. On the admission control scores of the same batch in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities), the school accesses the candidates' files in strict accordance with the proportion stipulated by all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities).
2. The school enrolls students in majors (classes) according to scores, and there is no grade difference in professional (class) volunteers. In line with the principle of "score first", that is, from high score to low score, candidates are admitted in turn according to their professional (class) wishes. When the school arranges majors (classes), it will add points to the care policies formulated by the provincial entrance examination institutions.
3. When the scores are the same, they will be admitted in the order of foreign language, Chinese, mathematics, comprehensive scores or the highest score in a single subject and the highest score in a single subject.
4. When the candidate's professional (class) volunteers cannot be satisfied, if the major (class) is adjusted, it can be adjusted to a major (class) that has not been fully admitted and meets the admission conditions; Candidates who are not voluntarily admitted by major (category) and do not obey the adjustment of major (category), or who obey the adjustment of major (category) but do not meet the admission conditions of major (category), shall be dismissed. Professional (class) group transfers can only be made in the professional (class) group where candidates file. 8. Admission of senior middle schools in Xinjiang, preparatory classes for ethnic minorities, national and local special plans, etc. It should be formulated according to relevant national policies.
9. Sino-foreign cooperation in running schools is an undergraduate education project for biotechnology and animal science jointly organized by Jilin Agricultural University in China and Camilino University in Italy. Students who pass the compulsory examinations and meet the graduation requirements of Jilin Agricultural University in China and the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees will be awarded bachelor's graduation certificates and bachelor's degree certificates.
10. According to the Guiding Opinions of Jilin Agricultural University on Large-scale Enrollment Training and Large-scale Diversion, students are trained in large-scale training in 1 ~ 3 semester. In the third semester, according to the average GPA ranking of all compulsory courses in 1 ~ 2 semester and the order of individual volunteering, the professional diversion will be carried out. (1) Candidates must take the unified examination of fine arts majors organized by the local provincial entrance examination institutions, and the results are qualified, and the results of other schools are not recognized.
(2) Candidates must take the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities, and their scores reach the minimum control score for the admission of art undergraduate students in the province where the candidates are located.
(3) In 2020, the enrollment of art majors in schools shall be implemented according to the requirements of relevant documents published by provincial enrollment examination institutions. Provincial entrance examination institutions to implement parallel volunteer Toudang, according to its Toudang approach.
(4) If there are no relevant requirements in the province of origin, the school will accept the candidates from high score to low score according to the comprehensive score obtained by adding 60% of the total score of the cultural course and 100% of the total score of the professional course.
Calculation formula of comprehensive score: comprehensive score = total score of cultural courses ×60%+ total score of professional courses × 100%.
(5) In the case of the same comprehensive scores, candidates with high total scores in cultural courses are given priority. If the total score of the culture course is the same, it will be sorted from high to low according to the single subject score of the culture course, followed by foreign language, Chinese and mathematics, and the one with the highest subject score will be given priority.
12. Physical education major. Candidates must take the professional examinations organized by the provincial admissions examination institutions and pass them, and the scores of cultural courses reach the minimum control scores of the same batch in the province. After the application, students will be admitted from high to low according to the total score of cultural courses. When the total score of cultural courses is the same, candidates with high scores in professional examinations will be given priority. If the scores of professional examinations are the same, they will be sorted from high to low according to the scores of individual subjects in cultural courses, followed by foreign languages, Chinese and mathematics subjects, with high scores in subjects being preferred. 13. National high-level sports teams. Candidates who meet the requirements of the documents of the Ministry of Education and the provincial entrance examination institutions, meet the admission conditions of national high-level sports teams, pass the special test scores of school sports, meet the requirements of provincial entrance examination institutions, are confirmed by audit and publicized on the sunshine college entrance examination information disclosure platform of the Ministry of Education, and are admitted according to the regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provinces on the enrollment of high-level sports teams.
14. counterpart enrollment. Candidates who meet the registration requirements of the college entrance examination in that year are selected according to their scores from high to low.
