Strengthening and improving the ideological and political education of college students is a very important task at present. However, with the deepening of the socialist market economy and reform and opening up, the complicated international and domestic situation and the great changes in higher education, the number and group characteristics of female college students in China have undergone profound changes, and their ideological state has shown complex and diverse characteristics, and the ideological and political education of female college students in colleges and universities has become prominent.
First, the confusion of ideological and political education of female college students
As the main channel of ideological and political education, ideological and political theory courses in colleges and universities undoubtedly play the role of the main front. However, it is undeniable that under the influence of traditional teaching mode, the current ideological and political course in colleges and universities is more of a "static" passive education mode, which unilaterally emphasizes that students are the tools for teachers to complete educational tasks and achieve national political goals, while ignoring students' subjectivity. Classroom teaching is relatively closed, teaching methods are outdated and single, and it is difficult to combine theory with practice. The course of ideological and political theory in colleges and universities lacks pertinence and attraction, which can not explain the phenomenon that affects female college students' employment, job selection and physical and mental health, and can not adapt to the new problems and changes faced by ideological and political education under the new situation. It leads to students' boredom and even conflict, and the teaching effect is seriously affected, making serious ideological education look pale and powerless. The confusion of ideological and political education for female college students is as follows:
1. Diversified ideals and values. On the whole, the mainstream of female college students' thoughts, politics and culture is healthy, positive and progressive. Most of them want to become talents and have positive ideals and goals in life. However, under the impact of various old and new contradictions in social transformation, the historical, social and female physiological characteristics are mixed with reasons such as imperfect legal system, weak moral constraints, gender discrimination in employment, and the gender role of "men are strong and women are weak". Under the influence of money worship, hedonism and utilitarianism, female college students are confused in political beliefs, vague in ideals and beliefs, distorted in value orientation, weak in sense of honesty, and weak in sense of struggle and morality. Female college students don't care about politics, lack collectivism and social responsibility, lack competition consciousness, rely too much on parents and society, have poor ability to resist setbacks, pursue shortcuts to success, love vanity, be frivolous and shallow in speech and behavior, and lack public morality. They think that "doing well is better than marrying well", which seriously impacts the values of female college students and affects their overall image and healthy growth.
2. It is easy to have a sense of reality emptiness. The Internet in the information age has opened up a new field for the ideological and political education of female college students. As a new carrier, it is helpful for female college students to master the skills of obtaining information and knowledge, and to diversify the channels of receiving information, which is helpful to expand their knowledge and broaden their horizons. However, as a double-edged sword, many negative effects of the network can not be ignored, which interfere with college students' behavior patterns, values, political attitudes and moral concepts. In particular, the freshness, richness, popularity and virtuality of the Internet have, to a certain extent, satisfied the ideal sustenance, emotional catharsis, interest concepts and utilitarian thoughts of female college students, resulting in those female college students being too attached to the Internet, addicted to it, lacking basic survival and life skills, avoiding normal social communication, lacking practical experience and lacking comparative ability to solve problems. On the other hand, due to the contrast between virtual and reality, teachers' active guidance shows a selective and questioning attitude, which increases the difficulty of ideological and political education.
3. The lack of female subjective consciousness. The so-called female subject consciousness refers to women's conscious awareness of their status, role and value in society as subjects. As one of the female groups, most female college students have a certain degree of understanding of the subject consciousness, pay attention to the realization of self-worth, pay attention to the overall interests, and emphasize autonomy. However, under the influence of traditional ideas, some female college students have not got rid of the image of "woman" shaped by traditional culture, and their subjective consciousness is weak. In the face of cruel social reality, they are used to positioning themselves in a supporting role, voluntarily assuming the responsibility of caring for each other and educating their children, giving up the opportunity to make progress in their careers, having a weak sense of political consciousness and success, feeling inferior, self-pity, weakness, lack of autonomy and serious dependence. In addition, most higher education tends to take men as the center in research fields and objects, themes, contents, methods and conclusions, ignoring the phenomenon of women's growth, which leads to the lack and decline of women's subjective consciousness and the confusion and confusion of female college students' moral cognition, which affects the effectiveness of female college students' ideological and political education.
Second, the countermeasures of ideological and political education for female college students

Secondly, integrate resources and create an environment conducive to the growth of female college students. Give full consideration to girls' gender characteristics and psychological needs, actively create a cultural atmosphere conducive to girls' development, carry out colorful campus cultural activities, provide a stage for girls to show themselves, and comprehensively cultivate girls' comprehensive ability.
