The first lesson of college basketball class
I have to say, this is my second year in physical education class, and it is also my second time to choose basketball class. In fact, the reason is that, to be honest, I am not good at sports, and basketball is only preserved as a way of exercise in high school. I can't say good, but at least it's better than other projects. If you choose something else, it is still a big question whether physical education class can graduate. In a sense, I prefer to run the jump shot simply, because it is simple, clear-cut, easy to operate, and there is no space restriction. As long as you repeat a job, you can make important changes in a short time.
However, basketball is not like this. He needs personal ability, including physical quality and various skills, as well as teamwork and psychological quality. To tell the truth, I am not very confident. I have enough ability to win the game with my teammates on the court. In fact, the team I am with often loses. Of course, I still choose basketball class, because I think my PE teacher Zhang Jun makes me feel that basketball class is difficult, but it is very interesting.
Coincidentally, every teacher who teaches me physical education is a middle-aged man who is very talkative. I always have some exchanges with them in basketball, sports and fitness in my spare time, and I get similar information, but what is very infected is their positive and optimistic attitude towards life. This may be the nature of people who engage in sports. The particularity of their profession makes them face a group of energetic students and sports rules that will not be changed because of human factors. This in itself is a simplification and refinement of the world outlook. However, under such pure rules, every PE teacher wants to convey to us a "faster, higher and stronger" attitude towards life.
As an unqualified observer, I can still list the basic process of teacher Zhang Jun's class in great detail, as well as the action essentials that she tirelessly explained to us in every training. I understand, but my health is not good, which may lead to my unsatisfactory grades-but it doesn't matter, I have a heart that loves sports. Just like the advertisement of "36 1", it must be said that everyone who is positive and optimistic has a special liking for sports. Even my father, who is nearly 500 years old, insists on getting up early every day to play Tai Ji Chuan. And our generation would rather devote their youth to bed, and there are unreliable excuses such as online games and hangovers. Breathe the morning air, and then jog around the playground. Maybe it will only increase your appetite and your score, but it will bring you energy all day. Is it not worth it?
Maybe you'll think I'm digressing when you see this. Why don't the feelings in basketball class have something to do with such topics as "passing and cutting", "three-step basket" and "impromptu jump shot" Then I have to say that the sports I understand and the sportsmanship I saw in basketball class are far more than that. "Life lies in sports". Exercise is not only the essential feature of everything, but also provides a necessity for us to see the essence from phenomena. We don't know if we can save the ball without running; If you don't make a layup, you don't know where to jump and at what stage.
I come from Anhui, but I can't sing Huangmei Opera. Why not? This does not affect my love for my hometown.
I come from the earth. I have never been to the moon. Why not? This does not affect my appreciation of romantic.
Similarly, I took a basketball class, but I couldn't play well. So what? I still love sports, just like oxygen flowing in my blood: I can't do it for a moment without it.
Experience of the second class of college basketball
Many students started playing basketball in high school. Their movements are very handsome and their skills are very skilled. However, in high school, I was not interested in basketball and studied table tennis. We are almost all boys, and we play basketball in every group activity, which makes me feel a little detached from the group. Another point is that I found that there are quite a lot of basketball facilities in our school, and this sport is quite popular, so I chose basketball and wanted to enhance the friendship between my classmates through basketball learning.
Moreover, I also found that basketball is a kind of exercise that tests cooperation and physical coordination, which allows me to relax my tired body and mind in my busy study. At the same time, basketball can improve the thinking of the left brain and realize the coordinated development of the brain. Moreover, it can enhance physical fitness, promote health, enrich the amateur cultural life of our school, and cheer up the spirit, thus improving the efficiency of work and study. At the same time, it can cultivate our spirit of unity and friendship, cultivate a good team style and form the habit of physical exercise. After this semester's basketball study, I found that I learned a lot of techniques and skills, and let my mind know that basketball is blank.
Teachers give guidance and demonstration in class, but teachers pay attention to practice, which gives us more time to practice, not only improves our basketball skills in practice, but also strengthens what we have learned in class. Exercise is always too much. I think this education is really suitable for basketball. The requirements for junior class basketball are not very high, shooting correctly, three-step layup, flexible dribbling, turning and jumping shot. Learn to racket the ball with your wrist. A master's racket palm is always clean. Maybe this is the field of racquet. Then stick the ball with your fingers. Secondly, learn to circle the ball and cultivate a good sense of the ball. Finally, you must learn to dribble in running, not fast but steady. The five fingers of the right hand are open to hold the ball, the palm does not touch the ball, and the wrist and elbow are 90 degrees respectively, forming an unclosed square. When shooting, the arm naturally pushes forward, which is the standard movement of dribbling, but pay attention to the jitter of the wrist and the feeling of the fingers. What the teacher said benefited me a lot. Secondly, the practice of shooting, as well as the choice of angle when shooting at close range, forms a 30-degree angle with the backboard. Its action method is to hold the ball on the chest with both hands, stand with both feet left and right or back and forth, bend your knees slightly, and bend your knees quickly when taking off. My classmate said before, the soles of your feet jump, your hands lift the ball to your shoulders, your right/left hand holds the ball, and your left/right hand holds the ball to the right/left. When you jump near the high point, the ball leaves your hand. However, after a semester of teacher's guidance, I still know something about basketball, especially the choice of ball control and shooting posture and shooting angle! Basketball made me understand what is struggle and hard work, and what is teamwork!
Experience of the Third Class of College Basketball
In a blink of an eye, the second year of high school is coming to an end, and so is my basketball class. I'm very happy to take Mr. Liu's basketball class this semester. The teacher will not only teach us some basketball skills in each class, but more importantly, the teacher's affability and considerate care make our classroom atmosphere relaxed and the students close and friendly. Through a semester of study and communication, I have a deeper understanding of basketball and a stronger interest in it.
Actually, I am a particularly lazy girl, and I don't do any sports at ordinary times, so choosing physical education class is a very painful thing for me. Because I have already taken aerobics class, I think track and field and volleyball will be very hard, so I chose basketball class. Now I just feel lucky. This semester's basketball class has given me a new view of sports. My initial understanding of basketball was "Slam Dunk Master", which was popular all over the country in primary school. Through this animation, I also have a little understanding of some very basic rules of basketball. This semester's basketball class has given me a deeper understanding of some basic skills and rules of basketball.
In the first class, when the teacher talked about the content of the final exam, I only felt a lot of pressure. Three-step layup, free throw 10 and dribbling back to defense are really serious tasks for a person with zero foundation like me.
Facing a group of "second-class athletes" who have hardly touched basketball, Mr. Liu is not discouraged, but full of confidence, leading us to approach basketball step by step from the foundation. Passing and dribbling these seemingly simple actions actually require skill and practice. Through constant practice in class, we have gradually changed from throwing the ball and slapping it with our palms. I still remember that when I first started practicing dribbling and turning, many students took the ball away, or they could only stay where they were. Under the guidance of the teacher's patience, we have also made continuous progress.
As for the three-step layups and free throws, we worked harder. When I first learned the three-step layup, everyone's movements were not standardized and they always liked to walk. After the teacher found out, he explained the fouls and violations of basketball in detail, which increased our basic knowledge of basketball and made us pay more attention to the standardization of action when doing three-step layups.
I still remember that at the end of the term, I practiced basketball two or three times a week, focusing on free throws. From the first air ball, I gradually became able to hit the board with the ball, and then I scored four goals. Gradually, I realized the fun of basketball and the charm of sports.
The women's basketball class is almost over, but the physical exercise in college life is far from over. Health is the capital of revolution. I will take physical exercise as a compulsory course in my future college life, treat it with heart, pay without regrets and enjoy the harvest.
