How to write the internship report of electrician and electronics?
During the two-week internship, what impressed me most was the importance of combining theory with practice. When you encounter practical problems, as long as you think carefully, think correctly and explore step by step with what you have learned, you can completely solve the common problems you encounter. This time, the contents include circuit design, printed circuit board and circuit welding. The purpose of this internship is to let us have a certain perceptual and rational understanding of the manufacturing process of electronic components and circuit boards; Further understand the professional knowledge of electronic information technology; Cultivate and train our practical ability, make our theoretical knowledge fully integrated with practice, and achieve high-quality talents with both professional knowledge and strong practical ability, who can analyze and solve problems, so as to prepare for smooth employment in the future.

We learned some theoretical knowledge when we were freshmen and sophomores. Even in some internships, we pay more attention to observation, theory and hands-on practice, such as the Seiko internship last semester. This internship, as the teacher said, is not for us to think more, but for us to do more. Many things look simple, and you can understand the circuit diagram, but you won't understand the great difference between theory and practice unless you do it yourself. What you see is simple, but there are many things to pay attention to in actual operation, and some things are different from what you think. Our experiment this time is to ask us to cross the gap between reality and theory. However, through this experiment, we also found that some things seem easy. I didn't dare to imagine that I could do some timers independently. However, this experiment gave me such an opportunity, and now I can make them independently.

Generally speaking, I am very interested in this course. First, I have been interested in this kind of small production since I was a child. At that time, I didn't know how to weld, and I liked to take things apart, but in this way, this thing was scrapped. The current electrical and electronic practice class is to learn how to put things back. Every step I take, I am as happy as a child and have a sense of accomplishment. Second, the characteristics of electrical and electronic practice are that students do it themselves, master certain operational skills, and design, make, assemble and debug themselves. It organically combines basic skills training, basic technological knowledge and innovation enlightenment to cultivate our practical ability and innovative spirit. As a college student in the information age and a highly skilled person trained by the country, it is not enough to operate the mouse only. Basic hands-on ability is the foundation and necessary condition of all work and creation.

After a week's study, I feel that I have gained something in the following aspects:

Have a preliminary and systematic understanding of the theory of electronic technology. We learned the welding skills of common components and circuit components, the design, production and technological process of printed circuit board drawings, and the working principle and function of components. This knowledge is not only effective in the classroom, but also of great guiding significance to the study of electronic technology courses in the future, and also has practical significance in daily life.

Second, it is a great exercise for your practical ability. Experience is the mother of wisdom. Throughout the ages, all inventions have been tested by practice. If the hands-on ability is not enough, you can talk about making achievements in future scientific research, especially experimental research. During the internship, I exercised my hands-on ability and improved my ability to solve problems. For example, when assembling and debugging the radio, several gaskets were welded together with small spacing, but the task was still completed.

Three pairs of feelings about the design practice of printed circuit board drawings. Welding challenges my hands-on ability, so the design of printed circuit board diagram challenges my ability to accept new knowledge quickly. It is a great challenge for me to spend an afternoon accepting and digesting what the teacher said without touching the printed circuit board drawings before. In this process, I mainly exercised the spirit of teamwork and discussed the progress with other students. Because I am not very clear about circuit knowledge, it can be said that it is vague. But when I don't know anything, I will ask other students for advice. Even if they are busy thinking, they will stop to help me and eliminate my blind spots. When I tell them what I think, they won't accept my suggestion because I'm ignorant. In the whole process of this internship, although I was only a supporting role, I deeply felt the sincerity of friendship between my classmates. During my internship, I was familiar with the process flow, design steps and methods of printed circuit boards. However, it's a pity that I can't design the printed circuit board diagram independently. This internship makes me believe that my knowledge is not perfect and my ability of hands-on design needs to be improved.

Thank you very much for your careful guidance. From her, I learned a lot that books can't, and taught us how to better link theory with practical operation, as well as many principles of being a man. These things will be of great help to my future work and life. I accidentally hurt my hand before the internship, and the care of Mr. Wang and the class teacher made me feel very kind and warm.

The two-week internship is very short, but it has pointed out a clear path for me in the future, that is, thinking twice with half the effort. More importantly, the mentality of doing things can also be honed and many bad habits can be changed. For example, two students assemble at a workstation, which is inefficient at first. Why? There is no clear division of labor, because one is working and the other seems to be doing odd jobs, and there is no consensus or tacit understanding between them before they start working. Through running-in, heart-to-heart communication and gradual proficiency, we learned this experience.

The internship these days is really a little tired, but it also happens to let us develop good work and rest habits and enrich us more and more. This is the harvest of a week's internship! I hope to have more gains to accompany me to the unknown future.
