First of all, there is no obvious military training time in our school. The first two months are enrollment and enlistment education, which is carried out by all freshmen in a unified way. Studying during the day, queuing for exercise at night, and all kinds of education. After two months, the freshman school year officially began, and the first year was managed and trained in a special way.
In the first year, we lived in a building instead of a professional team, and the "freshman management training camp" hung in front of the building was divided into several freshman companies according to the number of people. Each dormitory has 12 people as a class, and each class has 1 monitor, who takes turns to be the monitor of senior three. I spent my freshman year in a freshman management training camp. A day's life in the sun:
Get up at 5: 30, change your training clothes within 30 seconds, tidy up your housekeeping (the quilt is laid and all other housekeeping is fixed), and stand at attention at the door. Then I ran downstairs to prepare for morning exercises.
All assemblies require 30 seconds, stand at attention at the dormitory gate first, and then take them out separately. When I brought it back, I listed it at the door of the dormitory and then dismissed it.
Training uniform is the main dress of freshmen, and it is required to wear training uniform except for cultural classes. This kind of time is rare, usually twice a week, at most half a morning. Training clothes are physical short-sleeved shorts, military socks and camouflage shoes in spring, summer and autumn (clothes, shoes and socks should be unified). I still wear it in winter, including shorts and camouflage clothes. Take them off when they start training in the playground, and then put them on.
From 5: 30 to 7: 00, it is an hour and a half of morning exercise. After standing at attention downstairs, shout slogans and sing military songs 10 minutes or so, then take them to the playground to do preparatory activities, then run 3000m collectively, shout slogans in each lap, and then run the last 2000m by yourself, demanding to finish 5000m within the specified time. After assembly, all physical activities (push-ups, weight bearing, etc. ) I have to repeat it. Doing push-ups is very painful. Now we usually do 65,438+000 collectively and count them out loudly together. I couldn't get up at 100, and the number of monitor dropped to 1. When we basically can't hold on, just count two and so on. After all physical events, do some strength or relaxation training, such as leapfrog, jumping stairs with both hands and legs together, etc.
After the morning training, 10 minutes for breakfast. No matter in the morning, noon and evening, we always stand at attention downstairs in the canteen, then run all the way in and stand on the seats, sing in unison and sit down to eat. When eating, you should also sit upright, keep your back straight, hold the bowl with your hands, don't talk, don't look around. After eating, restore the sitting posture, then stand up and queue up to take it out and bring it back.
After bringing it back, it takes 10 minutes to sort out personal affairs, and then 20 minutes to gather and clean the environment. Freshman undertakes all environmental sanitation, and everyone takes part in sweeping the floor, picking leaves and pulling weeds.
After cleaning the environment, collect and bring it back. If there is a culture class that morning to change shirts, then gather in line for class. Sit in class and relax during recess, but you are not allowed to leave the classroom casually and ask for leave to go to the toilet. Bring it back after class, put on your physical training suit and stand by. Anyone waiting in the dormitory must stand at attention before the bed. After that, the company arranged various activities, such as special physical training, strengthening style construction, practicing military posture and sitting posture, strengthening housekeeping, collectively going to the playground to fold quilts, and going on business trips. In short, it takes all morning to attend classes or not.
Meet for lunch at noon 12, which is also 10 minutes. After eating, bring it back to call the roll and comment on the internal affairs. After that, I have a nap, so I have to stay in bed, and I can't walk around the dormitory at will. If the house is not closed, there will be no nap, no punitive training and no penalty station.
There is usually no class from 3 pm to 5 pm. If there are classes, they are also training courses in military sports and tactics. If there is no class, it will be arranged in the company, just like in the morning.
From five o'clock to six o'clock in the afternoon, it is an hour and a half of queue training. At 6: 30, I have dinner, which is also 10 minutes. At 7 o'clock, I still have 20 minutes to rest in the company.
Watch the news from 7: 00 to 7: 30, sit on the stool uniformly, and don't move when watching the news. This time is very painful, not only tired, but also a lot of mosquitoes in summer. People are wearing physical training clothes and short sleeves, and their arms and half thighs are exposed.
From 7: 30 to 8: 00, reading newspapers and learning rules are generally organized, usually in front of the building, reading aloud. If there is homework in the culture class that day, finish it during this time.
Organize physical training from 8: 00 to 9: 30. The content is similar to that of morning exercise, but more intense.
Then bring back the roll call summary, at 9: 45 at the earliest.
Last wash 10 minute, 10 turn off the lights on time. After turning off the lights, keep the house clean and tidy according to the regulations, such as putting the shoes in the designated position in order. You must stay in bed before 12, and you are not allowed to walk in the corridor or go to the toilet.
