Zhang Shuzheng, whose real name is Zhang Shuzeng. Pen names Washington and Huatian. People from Yantai City, Shandong Province. China's famous philologist. 1959 graduated from the Chinese Department of Northeast Normal University, and is a favorite pupil of writer and literary critic Cheng. He is currently a professor at the Institute of Ancient Books Arrangement of Shandong Normal University and a visiting professor at Jinan University. He was the head of the compilation of Jinan Chinese Dictionary in Shandong University on 1976- 1979, and was a lecturer, associate professor and professor in Shandong Normal University on 1979- 1995.
