Article 1 In order to implement the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC), these working rules are formulated in accordance with the Interim Measures for the Implementation of the Regulations on Academic Degrees in People's Republic of China (PRC) and the Regulations on the Administration of Students in Ordinary Colleges and Universities (Order No.41of the Ministry of Education) and in combination with the actual situation of our college.
Article 2 Graduates of our college who meet the conditions for awarding bachelor's degrees shall be awarded bachelor's degrees in accordance with the corresponding disciplines in the Catalogue of Undergraduate Majors in Colleges and Universities promulgated by the Ministry of Education.
Article 3 These Rules are applicable to undergraduates who receive general higher education in our college.
Chapter II Organizational Structure
Article 4 The awarding of bachelor's degrees in our college is managed at three levels: academic degree evaluation committee, the degree management department (Academic Affairs Office) and the degree evaluation sub-committee of the department. Academic degree evaluation committee is composed of 9 to 25 people, with the president as the principal, the vice-principal in charge of teaching as the vice-principal, and members as the executive deputy secretary of the Party Committee, deputy secretary of the Party Committee, director of the Academic Affairs Office and department heads. The degree evaluation sub-committee of the department is composed of 5 to 15 people, with the director of the department as the chairman and members selected from teachers above lecturers. The term of office of the degree evaluation (sub-committee) is three years.
Article 5 academic degree evaluation committee is responsible for the final review of the qualification for awarding bachelor's degrees, and its main responsibilities are:
(1) Deliberating and deciding on the list of winners of bachelor's degrees;
(two) in violation of the provisions of the decision to revoke the degree award;
(3) To study and handle other matters concerning the work of conferring academic degrees.
Article 6 The Sub-committee for Degree Evaluation of Colleges and Departments is responsible for reviewing the materials for awarding bachelor's degrees in various departments, and its main responsibilities are:
(a) to assist the hospital to participate in academic degree evaluation committee;
(two) according to the conditions of degree granting, review the achievements and graduation appraisal of undergraduate graduates one by one, put forward a list of students who intend to grant or not to grant bachelor's degrees, and report it to the degree management department (Academic Affairs Office) for review;
(three) to study and deal with other matters related to the degree awarding work of this department.
Seventh degree management department (Academic Affairs Office) is responsible for the organization, implementation and management of bachelor's degree awarding, and its main responsibilities are:
(a) to review the list of students who are awarded or not awarded bachelor's degrees by the degree evaluation sub-committee of the department and related materials;
(two) the list of students to be awarded a bachelor's degree is submitted to academic degree evaluation committee for consideration;
(three) according to the resolution of academic degree evaluation committee, to issue a bachelor's degree certificate to the bachelor's degree winner;
(4) Keep a good record of academic degree materials and submit relevant materials for awarding bachelor's degrees to the higher authorities.
Chapter III Conditions for Granting a Bachelor's Degree
Article 8 The awarding of bachelor's degrees shall adhere to the principle of comprehensive assessment of morality, intelligence, physique, aesthetics and labor. Students who meet the following conditions can be awarded a bachelor's degree:
(a) support the leadership of the China * * * production party, love the socialist motherland, abide by the law, good conduct;
(2) It is proved by course study and graduation project (thesis) that you have mastered the basic theory, professional knowledge and basic skills of this subject, and have the ability to engage in scientific research or undertake professional and technical work initially;
(3) Having completed the requirements specified in the professional training plan within the allowed study period, and being granted graduation upon examination.
Article 9 A bachelor's degree shall not be awarded under any of the following circumstances:
(a) does not meet one of the conditions stipulated in Article 8 of these Rules;
(two) during the study period, it was confirmed that there were two exams (exams) cheating;
(three) during the school period, instead of others or let others take the exam instead of themselves;
(four) graduation thesis is suspected of plagiarism, forgery, tampering, trading, writing and other academic misconduct.
Tenth during the study period, it is confirmed that there is cheating in the examination (assessment), and the degree is restricted.
Article 11 A student who is restricted from conferring a degree (who has been dismissed from punishment) shall, under any of the following circumstances, apply by himself, make a statement at the sub-committee of degree evaluation of the department, and the sub-committee of degree evaluation of the department shall review and vote on the recommendation, report it to the Academic Affairs Office for review, and submit it to the academic degree evaluation committee for deliberation and vote to decide whether to award a bachelor's degree:
(a) the average grade point of the total academic achievement at graduation is within 60% (inclusive) of the major in this grade.
(two) after being punished, there are the following outstanding performances (corresponding certification materials must be attached):
1. Those who have obtained a master's degree (those who have obtained a master's degree from foreign universities, the Foreign Affairs Office will assist in reviewing relevant materials, and foreign universities will be included in the list of foreign universities published by the foreign-related supervision information network of the Ministry of Education);
2. Take the civil service examination and enter the interview qualification;
3. Participate in various competitions at or above the provincial level and win corresponding awards:
(1) National second prize or above (inclusive);
(2) provincial and ministerial grand prize or first prize.
Note: All kinds of competitions: the competitions listed in the national college students' competition list, in which the group events are the main events (the top three).
4. The first author has published 1 or more papers related to students' majors in journals of ordinary public universities or domestic core journals;
Note: Domestic core journals: Peking University Chinese core journals, CSCD core journals, China science and technology core journals and CSSCI core journals.
5. Obtain a national authorized invention patent related to the student's major (the student is the first patentee; Or the instructor of our school is the first patentee, and the students are the second patentee), or won the scientific and technological progress award, social science achievement award and invention award at or above the city (hall) level by ranking first;
6. The project leader (qualified or above) who has obtained the national innovation and entrepreneurship training plan for college students and successfully completed the project;
7. Get the first-class scholarship of the college more than once (inclusive) or the second-class scholarship more than twice (inclusive);
8. Obtained the honorary titles of Miyoshi students, outstanding league members, outstanding student cadres and outstanding league cadres above junior college;
9, make special contributions to the society, such as courageous, meritorious service by the county (city) government departments at or above the level of recognition;
10. Within one year after obtaining the diploma (subject to the date indicated on the diploma), students who meet the requirements in paragraphs 1, 2, 4, 5 and 9 of this article may apply for supplementary degrees;
1 1, other degrees can be awarded by academic degree evaluation committee.
Article 12 Those who have completed graduation for various reasons and are granted graduation after graduation can renew their graduation certificates, and those who meet the conditions for degree granting can be awarded supplementary bachelor's degrees.
Thirteenth students who are allowed to minor in this major can be awarded a bachelor's degree if they meet the following two conditions at the same time within the allowed study period:
(a) has obtained a professional bachelor's degree;
(two) to obtain all the credits stipulated in the training plan for minor majors, which belong to the cross-disciplinary category.
Chapter IV Procedures for Granting Bachelor's Degrees
Fourteenth bachelor's degree examination and awarding procedures are as follows:
(1) The degree evaluation sub-committee of each department shall, according to the provisions of these Detailed Rules, examine the scores and graduation appraisal of undergraduate graduates of this department one by one, put forward a list of students who intend to grant or not to grant bachelor's degrees, and report it to the Academic Affairs Office of the College for examination;
(2) The Academic Affairs Office of the Academy shall review the submitted materials and report them to academic degree evaluation committee for deliberation;
(3) The academic degree evaluation committee of our college deliberated and decided on the list of winners of bachelor's degree, and publicized it online;
(four) the college awarded bachelor's degree certificates to bachelor's degree winners;
(5) The Academic Affairs Office of the College shall do a good job in filing the degree materials and submit the relevant materials for awarding the bachelor's degree to the higher authorities.
Article 15 After awarding bachelor's degrees to undergraduate graduates, if mistakes are found in awarding bachelor's degrees, or academic misconduct such as plagiarism or other improper means are used to obtain degree certificates, the academic degrees sub-committees of various departments shall reconsider and report to academic degree evaluation committee for examination and approval, and their bachelor's degrees shall be revoked.
Article 16 If the degree certificate is lost or damaged, it will not be reissued, but I can apply for it and the college will issue the corresponding certificate after verification. This certificate has the same effect as the original certificate.
Chapter V Supplementary Provisions
Seventeenth college, department two academic degree evaluation committee bachelor's degree, must have more than two thirds (including two thirds) of the members present. Matters requiring voting in the work of conferring academic degrees shall be discussed by academic degree evaluation committee and voted by secret ballot, and the voting result shall be valid only if more than two thirds (including two thirds) of the members present.
Article 18 These Rules shall come into force as of 202 1 10 14.
Article 19 Students whose degrees have been restricted before the implementation date of these Detailed Rules shall, within one year (202101October14-202210/October 13).
Article 20 academic degree evaluation committee authorizes the Academic Affairs Office to interpret these Rules.
