4. Mingshui Campus of Shandong University of Finance and Economics
Mingshui Campus is located in Zhangqiu University Town, and the campus planning is designed by Tongji University Architectural Design and Research Institute in accordance with the guiding ideology of "adapting to local conditions, unique and exquisite, eco-friendly and people-oriented". Mingshui Campus started construction on September 28th, 2005. In July 2006, the first phase of the project was completed and put into use. There were 4852 students that year. By the end of 20112, Mingshui Campus has built a school area of 15000 square meters, initially forming a modern, information-based, ecological and characteristic university campus with reasonable layout, unique style and complete functions.

Laiwu Municipal Government is the main body of construction, Shandong University of Finance and Economics is the main body of running a school, and the assets of Laiwu Campus are owned by Laiwu Municipal Government, and managed and operated independently by Shandong University of Finance and Economics according to law.
