Shanxi Radio and TV University Changzhi Branch (hereinafter referred to as Changzhi Radio and TV University) is an open modern distance education university. From the establishment of 1979 to July 2009, Changzhi Branch has been upgraded from the original written teaching materials, supplemented by correspondence, to a new university that uses computer multimedia network education to train applied talents to meet the needs of local economic development.
