(2) The latest policy: If the lease contract is not registered for the record, employees can withdraw it once a month or once a quarter, and the withdrawal amount per quarter does not exceed 2 100 yuan, and the cumulative withdrawal amount per year does not exceed 8,400 yuan.

(3) To lease public rental housing in this Municipality, an application shall be made within the validity period of the lease contract, and the withdrawal amount shall be fully withdrawn according to the actual rental expenditure.

(4) In a natural year, employees can only choose to handle one lease extraction business if they meet the conditions of multiple lease extraction businesses in paragraphs (1) to (3) of this article.

(5) If the house is rented by more than one person, the total amount of the house's rent withdrawal in a natural year shall not exceed 32,000 yuan.

(four) if more than one person rents the same set of housing, in a natural year, the total withdrawal amount of the lessee's rented housing shall not exceed the withdrawal limit of the set of housing in that year. Employees who meet the conditions of handling multiple lease withdrawal businesses in paragraphs (1) to (3) of this article can only choose to handle one lease withdrawal business.

(five) the provident fund center can adjust the implementation standard of the rental commodity housing quota according to the change of the housing rental price level in our city every year, and report it to the CMC for deliberation and approval before promulgation and implementation.
