How to test the deep water certificate of Beijing Normal University?
Go to the deep water area of the swimming pool and tell the staff that they need to take the deep water certificate, and then the staff will pay the fee at a designated place (it varies from place to place, with an average of several tens of yuan), and then take two tests:

Swim 200 meters, and there are no restrictions on swimming methods.

Step on water for 30 seconds, not strict.

After the completion, you will be given a certificate of passing the exam (or not, each pool is different), and you can just pay the fee for making the deep water certificate with that certificate and your photo. The staff will inform you how long it will take to collect evidence.

Deepwater certificate is also called Deepwater Certificate for short. The China Swimming Association now stipulates that swimming in the deep water area of the swimming pool must have a deep water certificate. This card is generally printed by the municipal water life-saving associations, and will be issued after the swimming venues pass the inspection.

During the deep-water certificate examination, under the on-site care and supervision of lifeguards, they usually swim 200 meters continuously in deep water. During this period, no part of the body is allowed to touch the pool wall, bottom, floating line and other foreign bodies, and it is not allowed to stay and rest in the water when swimming. There is no specific time limit.

Requirements: 200 meters and 30 seconds in deep water swimming, breaststroke, butterfly and freestyle are restricted, backstroke is not allowed.
