The National Unified Entrance Examination for Adult Colleges and Universities (hereinafter referred to as Adult College Entrance Examination) is an entrance examination for selecting qualified graduates from various adult colleges and universities in China to enter a higher level of academic education. Adult college entrance examination is a series of national education, which is included in the national enrollment plan, recognized by the state and unified nationwide enrollment examination. Adult higher education can be divided into three types: junior college, senior high school and junior college.
Candidates who apply for undergraduate or junior college in high school should have a high school education. Candidates who take part in the college entrance examination must be those who have obtained the college graduation certificate and bachelor's degree certificate or above issued by the national education series institutions of higher learning and higher education self-study examination institutions recognized by the Ministry of Education.
