2. As long as you have academic requirements, you can take the self-study exam. Self-taught examination is a mode of adult continuing education. There are no restrictions on candidates' education, age, gender and nationality. The conditions for self-study examination are relatively relaxed, which is suitable for social personnel to choose, as long as you register at a good time and place as stipulated by the local education examination institute.
3. Candidates can choose their major voluntarily within the scope of the major to be offered locally. However, majors with occupational restrictions only accept unified enrollment entrusted by departments (such as public security system and medical institutions).
Self-study exam registration process
Online registration process
1, log on to the online registration websites of self-study exams in various places.
2. Go to the designated bank designated by the website of the Self-study Office for bank card payment.
3. Freshmen with bank cards and old candidates with bank cards complete online registration according to the registration process specified in the registration website.
4. After successful online registration, freshmen need to take photos in the study room and make an admission ticket at the specified time.

On-site registration process
1, freshmen bring their ID cards, (soldiers with their military ID cards or certificates from units above the regimental level) (18 years old with their household registration books) and register at the local self-study examination offices (registration points).
2. At the same time, bring 2B pencil or blue-black pen (used by the filling machine to read the registration card), and hand in several one-inch bareheaded photos (about 4-5 photos) with the same background.
3. Pay the fee according to the staff's prompt, and get the printed examination notice with the examination date, examination room and seat number.
4. Receive the newly-made admission ticket at the time specified by the examination office.
