Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine was founded in 1958, formerly known as Tianjin College of Traditional Chinese Medicine. 6. Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.
The foundation of the school is Guangdong College of Traditional Chinese Medicine, which was founded in 1924. Guangzhou College of Traditional Chinese Medicine was established on 1956 with the approval of the State Council, and it is one of the first four institutions of higher learning of traditional Chinese medicine in New China. 1995 was renamed with the approval of the State Education Commission. Originally under the leadership of the Ministry of Health and state administration of traditional chinese medicine, it was transferred to the central and local governments in 2000, and was mainly managed by Guangdong Province.
