The school strives to establish a diversified admission mechanism and an advanced comprehensive education system that is conducive to educational fairness and innovative talent selection. The school took the lead in reforming the enrollment system and adopted the "comprehensive evaluation enrollment model based on the college entrance examination" to recruit outstanding students.
School teaching staff
Up to now, South University of Science and Technology has signed contracts to introduce teachers 1, 3 10/,including 54 academicians (36 full-time academicians have signed contracts to introduce and train themselves), 54 international scholars, 37 specially invited experts from the Ministry of Education, 4 experts from the National Special Support Program1and 4 winners from the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars.
More than 90% teachers in teaching and research series have overseas work experience, more than 60% have university work or study experience in the world top 100, and the proportion of high-level talents in the teaching staff is about 65%.
