According to the provisions of the National Open University, to apply for a degree certificate, you must meet the following conditions:

1. The average score of compulsory courses is 75 or above, and the average score of other courses is 70 or above;

2. Good academic papers (or 80 points) and above;

3. Get a bachelor's diploma, and you can't apply for a degree certificate with a junior college degree;

4. Passed the degree foreign language examination recognized by the National Open University with qualified results.
