It must be unreasonable. What right do you have to let us pay scholarships and grants? What I want to say is that the scholarship is earned by our hard work, and the scholarship is subsidized by the national government. What do you care? Why should I pay you the shift fee? I mean, what do you do with this class fee?

When I was in college, some cadres of our university student union had this requirement. After students get scholarships, they hope to hand in some of them to the student union, especially those who get scholarships in the student union. The reason for handing it in is also ridiculous, because you need to participate in activities. I want to say that if there is any activity that needs our scholarship, we can totally sponsor the activities organized by the Student Union! Why should we sponsor it?

This is absolutely hegemonism, and it is completely a cash cow for American students who get scholarships and grants. What I want to say is, is it easy for us to get the money? We also use this money to subsidize tuition fees, and we don't subsidize meals for extravagance.
