Certificate management

1, the Ministry of Justice announced the information about granting legal professional qualifications for the relevant departments and the public to inquire.

2. Persons who have obtained the legal professional qualification shall properly keep and use the legal professional qualification certificate, and shall not alter, resell, lease, lend or transfer it.

3. The judicial administrative organ shall establish paper files and electronic files of persons with legal professional qualifications, establish credit files of persons with legal professional qualifications, implement joint management of municipal judicial administrative organs with districts, provincial judicial administrative organs and the Ministry of Justice, and timely record and update relevant information.
