Application conditions of employment subsidies for college students
1. Employment subsidy funds are set up by the people's governments at or above the county level, managed by the financial departments at the same level in conjunction with the human resources and social security departments, and used as special funds to promote employment and entrepreneurship through general public budget arrangements.
Second, not all college students can get employment subsidies, and the employment subsidy policies in different places are not necessarily exactly the same. Generally, the following conditions need to be met:
(1) Full-time graduates from colleges and universities, independent colleges and higher vocational schools who have passed the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities.
(2) belonging to a difficult family
(3) Unemployed and registered as unemployed at the end of the graduation year.
Legal basis:
Article 5 of the Measures for the Administration of Employment Subsidies includes: children of poor families, college graduates in graduation year, fresh junior and senior high school graduates who have not continued their studies in urban and rural areas, rural migrant workers and registered unemployed people in cities and towns.
