Preparatory class is a special level of higher education.
Preparatory classes are preparatory classes outside the formal teaching classes in universities. At present, college enrollment only offers ethnic preparatory classes to recruit preparatory students. Ethnic preparatory class is a form of running a school for ethnic minority students who took part in the national unified entrance examination for ordinary colleges and universities in the same year, dropped their scores appropriately and were admitted on the basis of merit, and implemented preparatory education for undergraduate and junior college students in ordinary colleges and universities.
Preparatory students:
Refers to the national colleges or universities for nationalities designated by the state, and the candidates who participated in the national college entrance examination in that year and met certain conditions were selected and produced on a voluntary basis through scores below a certain level. The establishment of preparatory students is conducive to the party and the state to improve the cultural level of ethnic minorities, accelerate the development of socialist modernization in ethnic minority areas and remote areas, and cultivate various professional talents of ethnic minorities.
Then preparatory course and undergraduate course are two different concepts. Preparatory course is generally understood as a cram school for universities, which means that students who take the college entrance examination have not yet met the requirements of entering universities, and they are given a certain amount of time to attend cram schools to improve their knowledge level and meet the requirements of entering universities. Preparatory classes are divided into undergraduate preparatory classes and junior college preparatory classes. After finishing the preparatory class and passing the exam, you can enter the undergraduate or junior college major, but you can get the same diploma as ordinary college students with the same major, without any difference.
