How many campuses does Beijing Technology and Business University have?
Recently, a new campus has been built, which is divided into four campuses: southeast and northwest.

Beijing Technology and Business University was formed by the merger of Beijing Institute of Light Industry, Beijing Business School and Machinery Industry Management Cadre College on June 1999. Beijing Business School has always been affiliated to the Ministry of Commerce and the Ministry of Internal Trade. 1959 the Ministry of commerce established the central business school with the approval of the State Council, and 1960 changed its name to Beijing business school. Beijing Institute of Light Industry was founded in 1958.

It is the first light industry institution of higher learning established in China, and it has successively been affiliated to the Ministry of Light Industry and the China Light Industry Federation. Machinery Industry Management Cadre College was established in 1982, which belongs to the Ministry of Machinery Industry and mainly trains management cadres for the machinery industry.

As of June, 20 19 and 1 year, the school had staff 1490, including 989 full-time teachers. Among the full-time teachers, there are 0/53 professors and 420 associate professors. At present, there are 4 academicians of China Academy of Engineering (including 2 double-hired academicians and part-time professors 1 person), leading talents of science and technology innovation in the National "Ten Thousand Talents Program" 1 person, winners of the National Science Fund for Distinguished Young Scholars 1 person, 3 national talents, national excellent teachers 1 person, and experts enjoying special government subsidies.
