Li Yiruo (191-1959), whose real name is Li Tianlu, is from Baizhang Village, Madu Township, Xuanhan County, Sichuan Province. Smart since childhood, good at poetry, like playing the piano and singing. First, I studied in Daxian Suilian Middle School, and then I was admitted to Sino-French University. In the Republic of China 19 (1930), he worked as a poetry editor in Chongqing Xinshubao, and later as an editor in Daxian Rose magazine, and published many poems. He also worked as a Chinese teacher in Daxian Girls' Middle School. After returning to Xuanhan, he served as the principal of Madu Primary School and the curator of Xuanhan People's Education Center. After liberation, Xuanhan established a literary propaganda team, with Li Yiruo as the team leader, chairman of Xuanhan Federation of Literary and Art Circles, and member of North Sichuan Folk Song Research Committee. He likes collecting and composing folk songs all his life. The most famous folk songs are Sister Su and Love Song of Kangding. Unfortunately, under the suppression of ultra-left ideological trend, this talented musician had to burn all the manuscripts of these folk songs while singing in tears.
1996 Summer, Ganzi Daily offered a reward of 1 10,000 yuan for the author of Kangding Love Song, which was reprinted by dozens of newspapers all over the country. Among them, Xiong from Zigong and an associate professor from Sichuan Institute of Light Chemical Industry both think that the author of Love Song is Xuanhan (Li Yiruo). Subsequently, four reporters from Tianfu Weekend, a supplement of Sichuan Daily, went deep into the field and found many new certificates that were little known.
It turns out that Li Yiruo fell in love with a classmate with the same surname Li when he was in college in Chengdu (about 1930 years ago). Kangding, a classmate named Li. When Li Yiruo and his girlfriend went to Paoma Mountain in Kangding, they made up a song "Paoma Song" according to the "Liuliu Tune" in western Hunan, and sang it to "Sister Li Liuliu" to show their courtship (later "Love Song in Kangding"). Due to the opposition of family members and their families, the marriage failed and the family did not give him money to study. Later, he completed his college studies with the help of his adoptive father Shi Tiyuan (then director of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Finance) and Li's daughter.
Li Yiruo's friends of the same age and his widow have heard him sing this song many times, and Li's hometown has been singing this song for decades. So they all firmly believe that the original author of Kangding Love Song is Li Yiruo.
Kangding's love songs are sung all over the country and all over the world. Moreover, it is China's first song to fly into space, and it is known as a national love song (one of the top ten famous songs in the world). On August 1 day, 2006, an art festival-Kangding Song Festival in West China was held specially for this song, which made the hometown of Kangding love songs shine. As the "business card" of Kangding County, Love Song of Kangding made Kangding walk out of the mountains, out of the basin and out of the countryside.
