Chapter I General Provisions

Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the education authorities, in combination with the actual situation of the school, in order to standardize the enrollment work, earnestly safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of the school and candidates, and ensure the smooth enrollment work of Hangzhou Dianzi University.

Article 2 School enrollment follows the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency" and "comprehensive measurement, comprehensive evaluation and merit-based admission", and strictly implements the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and the provincial admissions department.

Article 3 The school enrollment work shall implement the "Sunshine Project" and consciously accept the supervision of the discipline inspection and supervision departments, the majority of candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 9 school profile: Hangzhou Dianzi University is a teaching and research university jointly established by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and the National Defense Science and Technology Bureau, and it is the first batch of key universities in Zhejiang Province. Chapter III Organizational Structure

Article 10 The school shall set up an enrollment leading group to be responsible for the enrollment of full-time undergraduate students, study and formulate the enrollment policy of the school, and decide on major issues.

Eleventh school undergraduate enrollment office is a permanent organization to organize the implementation of enrollment and related work, specifically responsible for the daily work of ordinary undergraduate enrollment.

Chapter IV Admission

Thirteenth schools recruit students for the whole country, and the enrollment plan shall be subject to the announcement of the enrollment departments of all provinces (cities, autonomous regions), and the enrollment plan of overseas Chinese from Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan shall be subject to the examination and approval of the joint enrollment office of Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan. The school has reserved 20 candidates in the master plan, which is used to recruit candidates who have parallel volunteer investment, exceed the planned number and have professional adjustment.

Fourteenth of the ideological and political moral examination unqualified candidates, the school will not be admitted.

The provinces that implement parallel volunteer are generally controlled within 105% of the batch enrollment plan of the year; Provinces that have not implemented parallel volunteer are generally controlled within 120% of the number of enrollment plans in this batch.

Eighteenth schools agree and implement the policies and regulations formulated by the departments in charge of enrollment in various provinces (cities, autonomous regions) on adding or subtracting points.

Article 19 Name of enrollment major (category): In 2020, some majors in the school will be announced through the provincial enrollment department and the undergraduate enrollment website of Hangzhou Dianzi University according to the enrollment situation and the training direction of the majors included in the enrollment.

Article 20 Enrollment major (category) and its corresponding elective subject requirements: Candidates' professional volunteers must be in the enrollment plan announced by our school, and Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong and Hainan provinces shall be implemented according to the new college entrance examination admission policy. Candidates' professional (category) volunteering and obeying the adjustment major must meet the elective subject requirements of this major (category).

Twenty-first candidates to enter the professional order, there are the following provisions:

(a) the new college entrance examination students in this province:

Zhejiang, Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan and other provinces (cities) that have reformed the new college entrance examination are implemented according to the new college entrance examination admission policy. Candidates' professional (category) volunteers must meet the requirements of the selected subjects of this major (category), and the adjustment ratio is determined as 1: 1 according to the requirements of the admissions department. Candidates who enter the file are admitted from high to low according to the total score of the college entrance examination, and the professional group volunteers without grade difference; Candidates with the same total score in the college entrance examination shall be subject to the relevant provisions of the admissions department of the province (city) where the candidates are located.

(2) Students in Jiangsu Province:

Candidates are required to have BB level and above, and all required subjects must be qualified (that is, 5 qualified). The "professional grade difference method" is implemented for the candidates who enter the file, and the voluntary grade difference of adjacent majors is 1.

(3) Other students from other provinces:

1. Candidates with professional volunteers have priority over those without professional volunteers to arrange professional admission. When there are professional volunteers, candidates with high academic scores are preferred.

2. Professional reporting rules: the school implements the relevant regulations of the admissions department of the province (city, autonomous region) where the candidate is located. The "professional grade difference method" is implemented for the candidates who enter the file, and the voluntary grade difference of adjacent majors is 1. Admission is based on the same investment score. When the scores of the same file are the same, the factors such as good comprehensive quality and high scores of college entrance examination in related subjects decide to give priority.

3. Candidates who apply for parallel volunteer in colleges and universities can be admitted as long as their major obeys the arrangement and their political examination and physical examination meet the requirements.

Twenty-second schools will transfer candidates who can't meet their professional volunteers but are subject to professional adjustment (except for the six provinces of the new college entrance examination) to majors according to the principle of score ranking and professional reporting rate until full admission; Candidates who fail to meet their professional aspirations and do not obey the professional adjustment will be dismissed.

Article 23 For the professional scores of arts (fine arts) majors, our school adopts the unified (joint examination) scores of arts (fine arts) in the province (city) where the candidates are located, and no separate school examination is organized.

Candidates with both professional and cultural achievements shall be sorted according to their overall scores, and their scores shall be uniformly delineated. Comprehensive total score = cultural total score (calculated according to the total score of the college entrance examination of 750 points) ×50%+ professional score (calculated according to the total score 100 points) ×7.5×50%.

If the admissions department of the province (municipality directly under the Central Government or autonomous region) where the student is located stipulates separately the methods for calculating the scores of art (fine arts) candidates, the provisions shall prevail.

Admission and Selection of Excellent Colleges

1. Direct enrollment (Zhejiang Shengyuan)

Candidates who enroll in electronic information (science and engineering experimental class) by major can choose to enter the elite classes of intelligent hardware and systems (electronic information class), intelligent computing and data science (computer science and technology), artificial intelligence and intelligent health (intelligence science and technology), intelligent finance (software engineering), intelligent manufacturing (machinery class) and computer science.

Candidates who enroll in accounting (experimental class of economics and management) after major admission can choose to enter intelligent finance (accounting) and digital engineering management (management science and engineering) independently.

2. Selected students (national students)

Candidates whose college entrance examination results meet the selection conditions of excellent colleges and universities in our school (except those who can't change their major according to the regulations of art colleges) are admitted to our school. After voluntary application and selection test, they are comprehensively evaluated according to their personal wishes and comprehensive selection scores, and the shortlist for interview is determined according to the parallel volunteer principle. After passing the interview, they will be admitted. You can enroll in seven innovative experimental classes and computer science elite classes, including intelligent computing and data science (computer science and technology), intelligent hardware and systems (electronic information), artificial intelligence and intelligent health (intelligence science and technology), intelligent finance (accounting), intelligent finance (software engineering) and intelligent manufacturing (machinery).

3. The number of students enrolled in each innovative experimental class is no more than 40, and the number of students enrolled in computer science talents class is no more than 20. The selection rules are published on the undergraduate enrollment website of Hangzhou Dianzi University and the website of Excellence College respectively. After a year and a half, students are mainly managed by their professional colleges.

Among the candidates admitted by Zhejiang Shengyuan in our school:

Candidates with a score of 1.45 or above must apply for a major (category) within one semester of enrollment, and candidates can apply for a major (category) within the whole school to ensure that candidates will be transferred to their first choice in the second semester after enrollment (except excellent institutions and art majors), and candidates must have no failed courses and disciplinary actions after enrollment;

(3) Outstanding Freshmen Scholarship

1. Zhejiang Province (excluding art): The total score of the college entrance examination for admitted candidates ranks among the top 5,000 in the province, with a reward of 20,000 yuan/person; The total score of the college entrance examination for admitted candidates ranks among the top 7,000 in this province, with a reward of 1 10,000 yuan/person; The total score of the candidates in the college entrance examination ranks among the top 10000 in the province, and the reward is 5000 yuan/person.

2. Shanghai, Beijing, Tianjin, Shandong, Hainan and other provinces (cities) that implement the new college entrance examination reform (excluding arts): if the total score of the admitted candidates is ranked in the top 500 of the province (city) and ranked in the top 4% of the number of such candidates, they will be rewarded with 20,000 yuan/person; If the total score of the college entrance examination of the admitted candidates ranks among the top 1 000 in the whole province (city) and ranks among the top 4.5% of the number of such candidates, the reward will be 1 000 yuan/person; Candidates whose total scores in the college entrance examination rank among the top 2,000 in the province (city) and rank among the top 5% of such candidates will be rewarded with 5,000 yuan/person.

Chapter V Admission Examination, Fees and Subsidies

Thirty-first freshmen admitted to our school should go through the admission formalities at the school within the time limit stipulated by the school. Those who cannot arrive at school on time for some reason should ask for leave from school. Those who fail to take time off or take time off overdue will be deemed to have given up their admission qualification. After the new students enter the school, the school will review them in accordance with the national enrollment regulations within three months. Those who fail to pass the re-examination will be dealt with by the school as the case may be, until the admission qualification is cancelled.

Thirty-second school fees are strictly in accordance with the charging standards and relevant regulations approved by the price department of Zhejiang Province. General majors are charged by the credit system, and professional registration fees and credit tuition fees are charged according to the majors (categories) where students are located at the beginning of each academic year. Chinese-foreign cooperatively-run schools charge fees on an academic year basis. Article 33 Schools shall establish a perfect scholarship system for outstanding students and a financial aid system for needy students, implement financial aid policies such as national student loans, national and social scholarships, work-study programs and financial aid for needy students, and set up a "green channel" for new students with financial difficulties to enroll. The school has specially set up grants such as "Freshman Development Fund" and "Anke Dream Education Development Fund" donated by alumni and social enterprises to support outstanding freshmen with financial difficulties in 2020.

Chapter VI Supplementary Provisions

Thirty-fourth schools do not entrust any intermediary institutions or individuals to enroll students, and do not charge any fees other than those stipulated by the state. Article 36 The Articles of Association shall be interpreted by the Undergraduate Admissions Office of Hangzhou Dianzi University.

Article 37 If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the provisions of the national and provincial admissions departments, the provisions of the national and provincial admissions departments shall prevail.
