Brief introduction of Zhejiang Normal University
Zhejiang Normal University, located in Jinhua City, Zhejiang Province, is a comprehensive provincial-level key university featuring teacher education.
Zhejiang Normal University, the first batch of key construction universities in Zhejiang Province, has been selected into the national "11plan", "excellent teacher training plan", "new engineering research and practice project", "foreign aid base for education of the Ministry of Education", "China foreign aid training base for basic education of the Ministry of Commerce", China-ASEAN education and training center and China government scholarship for foreign students in China.
By March 2022, there are three campuses, namely Jinhua (Headquarters), Hangzhou (Wen Er Campus and Xiaoshan Campus) and Lanxi, and there are 20 colleges (including independent colleges).
School history
The school, formerly known as Hangzhou Normal University, was founded in 1956 and upgraded to Hangzhou Normal University in 1958. 65438-0962 Hangzhou Normal University merged with Zhejiang Institute of Education and Zhejiang Institute of Physical Education and was renamed Zhejiang Normal University. From 65438 to 0965, Zhejiang Normal University moved from Hangzhou to Jinhua.
1980 is listed as a provincial key university. 1985 was renamed as Zhejiang Normal University. In 2000, 200 1, and in 2004, Zhejiang Finance School, Zhejiang Preschool Normal School and Jinhua Railway Driver School merged one after another. Support Quzhou College and build Jinhua Vocational and Technical College with Jinhua City.
