At present, the library of Central South University has 186 employees, including 38 with senior titles and 87 with intermediate titles. College degree or above accounts for more than 85% of the total number, initially forming a team of professional and technical cadres with reasonable structure.

Central South University Library will continue to adhere to Scientific Outlook on Development, improve the construction of Central South University Digital Library, and strive to build Central South University Library into a first-class service-oriented and research-oriented university library in China.
