The talent residence of Hangzhou Dianzi University is in Xiasha Higher Education Park. Hangzhou Dianzi University, referred to as "Hangzhou Dianzi University", located in Hangzhou, is a university jointly established by the Zhejiang Provincial People's Government and the State Administration of Science, Technology and Industry for National Defense. In May 2004, Hangzhou University of Electronic Technology was renamed Hangzhou University of Electronic Technology.
