On-the-job Master of Laws registration requirements are as follows:
1. Undergraduate graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (including graduates of adult higher education organized by ordinary universities and adult colleges) and undergraduates who can graduate through self-study exams and online education must obtain nationally recognized undergraduate diplomas before September of that year 1.
2. People with nationally recognized undergraduate degrees.
3. Undergraduate graduates with academic qualifications recognized by the state shall be treated as undergraduate graduates with equivalent academic qualifications.
4. Persons who have obtained master's or doctoral degrees.
5. Candidates who apply for the Master of Laws (Illegal Studies) should meet the above conditions, and their undergraduate studies should be non-legal majors before applying for the exam (law graduates of undergraduate majors in ordinary colleges and universities [code 030 1] and law graduates in the form of self-taught exams are not allowed to apply for the exam).
On-the-job personnel can also choose Shen Shuo, an on-the-job law graduate student with the same education, to study. Shen Shuo, who has the same academic qualifications, is exempt from entrance examination. Generally, you can register for study with a college degree or above, and you can get a certificate of completion after completing your studies. Students who meet the requirements of undergraduate education and have obtained a bachelor's degree for three years can take the Shenshuo exam and be awarded a master's degree after completing the thesis defense through the Shenshuo exam.
