Timid psychology
Hehe, I happened to read a book called Motivation Psychology the other day. I am a freshman majoring in applied psychology. Although I haven't covered any specialized courses, I hope I can help you. First of all, your psychology is linked by external unconditional stimulus (psychological shock) and internal unconditional reflex (heart pounding), and finally forms conditioned reflex. This is a bad connection, and the conditioned reflex will be generalized (you used to be timid because of the blow of one thing, but now you are timid in everything, which is a manifestation of generalization). But your conditioned reflex can disappear, so we need to weaken it. First of all, please establish correct or appropriate values and outlook on life. You should have a correct understanding of your ability and strength. Success is not easy, it is the result of many persistence and efforts, but optimism is relatively easy to do. Laugh as much as possible every day. Even a "fake smile" can make your body react accordingly. Dopamine is a chemical that can make you feel happy inside, but I forget where it is released. Laughter (including deliberate "fake smile") can cause the release of dopamine in the body. As for your lack of concentration, I'm curious. Is it because you are timid and have various consequences in your mind, so you are not focused? Then you can try to think like this: if you throw yourself at me, you will be ashamed, if you fail, you will fail, so I will do what I want, and I will face it calmly myself (although I am a little naive, I have had your experience, which is implied in my heart and the effect is ok). There is jealousy. To be honest, I don't think it's easy to get rid of it. Many people say "you should build up your self-confidence", but what I want to say is that I am easily jealous of others, and I know that my jealousy is a bad psychology, but I can only suppress my jealous thoughts. Well, to dispel this idea, I can do something else, or stay away from things or people that make you jealous for a while. Life should be beautiful for each of us, depending on how you treat it. I just have an idea now. If I live, I want to show my value. I was hit by the college entrance examination, and the contrast was great. I studied hard in high school for three years. I thought that the college entrance examination could go to a good university to study medicine and clinical medicine, which could help patients alleviate their pain. If I want to study medicine, I should also be my grandmother (my grandmother has a cerebral infarction and hemiplegia). However, the scores of the college entrance examination can't go to a better medical school at all, so I can only apply for a relatively unpopular major, psychology. It hit me so hard that I even felt useless. For a long time, I felt that God was really unfair to me ... After studying applied psychology in college for half a year, I suddenly realized that I was actually quite suitable for this. Maybe my previous ideal was too idealistic, so I will learn the best applied psychology I have learned now. Let's go It's okay. You have to believe in yourself. You have to believe that difficulties may close one of your ideal doors, and other classes may inadvertently open another door. So, you must not lose heart. Happy every day! Come on!
