Hello, presidents, ministers and officials! I am very happy to stand here today and participate in the election of the minister of Wushu Association. I'm Zhang Guilin from the Planning Department! The position I'm running for today is Minister of Planning.

Over the past year, the gathering of civil and military officials and the holding of every activity have taught me to arrange personnel reasonably! We should carefully consider all kinds of unknown emergencies and deal with them calmly and decisively! Under the harmonious coexistence of our departments, I learned how to get along with my superiors, how to communicate with my colleagues, and how to build a department into a United department! Under the training of the minister, I realized that the person in charge of a department should be able to share the worries for the superiors, be familiar with the work of the department, make suggestions for the superiors, and promote the development of Wushu Association; It is not only the organizer to promote the activity process, but also the participant who actively participates in the actual work; It is necessary to clarify responsibilities, coordinate working relationships in all aspects, be a good staff officer, and handle relationships with departments and colleagues through communication and adjustment to become a bridge and link!

Over the past year, the accumulation of work experience and ability has made me feel that I have the ability to shoulder this heavy responsibility. I am also looking forward to becoming a member of the Wushu Association and working together to make the Wushu Association develop better! I am willing to accept the selection and test of superiors and officers!

For me, there is no best job, only better! If I become a minister! I will try my best to help the chairman develop Guangji Wushu Association! Let Wushu Association develop better, and let Wushu Association become a more United and harmonious association! At the same time, I will be a competent minister! I will pass on what I have learned to the next session without reservation and train better officers! If I lose this election, for whatever reason, I won't regret my choice to take part in the competition. I will learn from the winners of the competition and accumulate experience for my future growth.
