Professional Description: This course aims to cultivate students' theoretical knowledge and practical skills in human resource management and related fields, and also to teach students the skills and personal abilities needed to work effectively in organizations. This major focuses on cultivating students' ability to solve personnel management problems. Each student needs to complete 150 credits before graduation.

Educational system: 1.5 academic year

Education requirements: Bachelor degree or equivalent in related major in China, with excellent grades, with an average score of over 85 in universities and over 90 in non-universities 21/kloc-0.

GMAT: not less than 550

IELTS: No less than 6 for single item, with a total score of 6.5.

Work experience: at least 1 year relevant work experience.
