Management function:

1. Dean's Office:

1) is responsible for the daily work management of the graduate school;

2) Responsible for coordinating the work of the offices of the Graduate School;

3) Responsible for the foreign exchange of the graduate school.

2. Management Office:

1) is responsible for the macro-management of full-time graduate students and the organization and management of graduate students' associations;

2) Be responsible for the employment guidance and relevant formalities for full-time graduate students;

3) Responsible for the follow-up survey of graduates.

3. The discipline construction office:

1) Responsible for the declaration, evaluation and macro-management of key disciplines at all levels in the school;

2) Responsible for the management of postdoctoral workstations;

4) Responsible for the selection of tutors in the whole school.

4. Training Office:

Responsible for the educational administration and macro-management of full-time postgraduate training in the whole school.

5. Admissions Office:

1) is responsible for the enrollment plan, catalogue and enrollment of all kinds of graduate students (doctor, master and professional degree) in the school.

Examination, candidate adjustment, admission and other work;

2) Be responsible for the examination room and examination of the national unified examination for doctoral and master's degree enrollment;

3) To be responsible for the examination room for on-the-job personnel to apply for the national unified examination of master's degree English and professional level with the same academic ability as graduate students.

6. Degree Office:

3) Responsible for the declaration, evaluation and macro-management of all kinds of degree-granting rights in the whole school;

4) Responsible for the selection and reporting of excellent graduate dissertations;

5) Responsible for the quality inspection and evaluation of the whole school's degree.
