The meeting was presided over by Professor He, Party Secretary of Law School.

Professor Yu Yisheng, Dean of Law School, made an important speech. He reviewed the 30-year history of law school, evaluated the position and role of law school in legal education and legal research in Heilongjiang Province and the whole country, and summarized the brilliant achievements made by law school in the past 30 years, as well as the concern, support, trust and strengthening of law school development by the old-timers at the beginning of the establishment of law school, all teachers and students of law school, parents of students, alumni, national brother law departments, other organizations, institutions and individuals, especially judicial practice departments and lawyer practice circles. He is far-sighted and calm. Facing the social transformation and the development status of law education in China, he made a correct evaluation of the existence value and historical orientation of law school, made a harsh examination of the reality, thought deeply about the future, summed up the problems that need to be solved in the future of law school, and planned the future of law school with a high sense of historical mission and responsibility, showing the profound knowledge and heroism of a law educator. It embodies the morality and persistence of the people's teachers, makes this grand ceremony an inspiring and cohesive event, and endows this grand ceremony with important significance.

Professor Wu Fangzheng, a retired teacher, has taught students, alumni and younger generations. He reviewed the hard years at the beginning of the school, as well as the interesting and thought-provoking life. He spoke highly of the earth-shaking changes in law school in the past ten years. He earnestly warned the underachievers to be upright, do things cleanly, do a good job in health care and maintain a good attitude.

Professor Dong Yuting, the teacher's representative, described his profound experience after working in law school in 2000. He cherishes and loves the law school as a collective and has high hopes for students. On behalf of all teachers in law school, he expressed his determination to persist, work hard, struggle and inherit in the future.

Dong Kaijun, President of Qinghai Higher People's Court, delivered a speech entitled "Grateful Heart" on behalf of the alumni. He expressed his deep attachment and gratitude to his alma mater with plain language and sincere feelings, and painted a touching life scene through his memories of life and study. His speech brought all the thoughts of the alumni present back to the university, and many people had tears in their eyes. They miss teachers' care, classmates' friendship and their youth after class. They are determined to continue their efforts and give back to their alma mater with more and better results.

Professor Li Jianhua, Vice President of Law School of Jilin University, Professor Zhao Dali, Dean of Law School of Dongbei University of Finance and Economics, and Gong Lixin, Deputy Procurator-General of Harbin Procuratorate, delivered speeches on behalf of brother law department and judicial practice department respectively. On the occasion of the 30th anniversary of the establishment of the Law School, they expressed sincere congratulations to all the teachers, students and alumni, and spoke highly of the brilliant achievements made by the Law School in its 30 years of development and construction. They hope to further strengthen contacts, exchanges and cooperation, and make contributions to the development of the rule of law in China, especially in Northeast China.

Finally, Professor Yang Zhen, Party Secretary of Heilongjiang University, made an important speech. On behalf of all the party and government leaders of Heilongjiang University, he expressed heartfelt congratulations to all the teachers, students and alumni of the Law School, and extended a warm welcome to the guests and friends who participated in the celebration. He briefly reviewed the 70-year development of Heilongjiang University, highly affirmed the contribution made by the Law School to the development of the school, and highly praised the achievements made by the Law School in its 30-year development and construction. He hoped that under the new historical conditions, the law school would conscientiously sum up the past, carry forward the past and forge ahead into the future, continue to uphold the mission and responsibility of the university law school, devote itself to promoting the development of the rule of law and socialist construction, and work hard to promote the process of the country's prosperity, democracy and civilization.

There are also some alumni who speak freely and improvise. They left a deep impression on their college life and youth, and expressed their deep and simple love for their alma mater, gratitude and reverence for their teachers, and cherish and recall their classmates' friendship. The law postdoctoral mobile station of Heilongjiang University was established in September 2009 with the approval of the Ministry of Personnel. 12 postdoctoral fellow has been engaged in scientific research, and his research interests involve civil and commercial law, constitutional administrative law, criminal law, legal theory and other professional fields; Postdoctoral researchers have published more than 20 academic papers in China Social Sciences Journal, Central Asian, Eastern European and Russian Studies, Northern Law and other important domestic academic journals, and published 5 academic monographs in important national publishing houses such as Law Press.

The post-doctoral research station of law in Heilongjiang University is located in the Law School, with two undergraduate majors, namely, law and public security, civil and commercial law, administrative law, legal theory, master of law, economic law, criminal law and legal history, and a master of law. In 2009, a mobile station for postdoctoral research in law was established, 20 1 1, and it was granted the right to confer doctoral degrees in the first-class discipline of law.

There are 66 full-time teachers majoring in law, including 24 professors and 26 associate professors. There are 36 doctors among the teachers, 1 1 studying for a doctorate. Among the teachers, there are 8 vice presidents and executive directors of various professional research associations in china law society, national candidates for the New Century Million Talents Project 1 person, candidates for the New Century Excellent Talents Support Program of the Ministry of Education 1 person, and national excellent teachers 1 person, among whom Yang Zhen, Ma Changshan and Rebecca are provincial key discipline leaders, Sun and Wang are provincial excellent course lecturers, and Yang Zhen, Wang.

Teachers majoring in law attach importance to scientific research. Since 2006, he has published 18 papers in important national journals such as Legal Studies and China Law, among which 20 papers were reprinted or excerpted by Xinhua Digest, China Social Science Digest and University Journal of Liberal Arts, and 18 papers were reprinted by the National People's Congress. Teachers undertake 8 1 scientific research projects at or above the university level, including 7 national social science fund projects, 6 Ministry of Education projects, 6 Ministry of Justice projects, 23 provincial social science fund projects and 2 departmental projects. Teachers won 45 scientific research awards at or above the school level, including 4 first prizes in provincial social sciences, 653 second prizes 10 and third prizes.
