Apply for qualification

(1) Requirements for applying for the self-study exam:

Candidates are free to choose their major according to their own specific conditions. Advocate on-the-job personnel to apply for the exam according to the principle of consistency between study and application, and encourage disabled people to apply for majors suitable for their physical conditions. Majors with special requirements only accept candidates with relevant conditions, and other majors are not restricted by any conditions.

(2) Undergraduate professional conditions for self-study examination:

All college graduates with nationally recognized academic qualifications (referring to national education series) can directly apply for the self-taught college to upgrade to the undergraduate major, and the specific requirements are implemented according to the professional plan.

Note: Candidates must pass all theoretical courses of the major they are applying for before they can apply for the exam.

Application procedure

Our province implements online registration and online payment. After the candidates log on to the registration website, according to the guidance of the registration process, they choose the registration place and the type of candidates, fill in the candidates' information, majors and examination courses, carefully check the basic information, and then pay the examination fee online. After the online registration deadline, the system will automatically shut down, and candidates' information cannot be changed by themselves.

After the freshmen successfully register online, the system will automatically generate the admission ticket number and pop up the Online Registration Form of Hainan Higher Education Self-study Examination for candidates to inquire. After the candidates check it correctly, print the Online Registration Form of Hainan Higher Education Self-study Examination and sign it for confirmation. With this form, they will take electronic photos at the registration point within three days of successful registration, and the registration point will keep this form for future reference. Candidates who fail to collect photo information within three days after the registration deadline are deemed to have automatically waived their registration qualifications, will not be arranged for the examination, and will be refunded the examination fee.

After successful online registration, candidates must remember their admission ticket number, online payment order number and registration password before exiting the registration system. Five days before the exam, candidates can log on to the official website of Hainan Provincial Examinations Bureau and print the Admission Ticket and Examination Notice of Hainan Province's Self-taught Examination for Years × Half a Year.

Candidates are required to show their valid ID cards and? "XXXX Year × Hainan Province Half-year Self-study Examination Admission Ticket and Examination Notice" entered the examination room to take the examination. During the registration period, candidates can log on to the self-study exam portal website of official website Home Page of Hainan Provincial Examinations Bureau with their admission ticket number and registration password, and inquire about their registration, online payment results, examination notice, examination results and other related information.
