Jinshui River in the south campus of Zhengzhou University is adjacent to the famous Greentown Square in Zhengzhou, and the Jinshui River passes through the school. It is one of the first 100 universities connected to the computer network of education and scientific research in China, and it is also one of the "400 afforestation units" awarded by the National Greening Committee.
Institute of Technology (formerly Zhengzhou University of Technology) is located in Wenhua Road, where colleges and universities gather in Zhengzhou, covering an area of 370,000 square meters and a school building area of 266,000 square meters.
