-Enjoy vocational training subsidies. If you want to succeed in starting a business, only starting a business is not enough. The key is to improve the entrepreneurial ability of entrepreneurs. Providing vocational training for entrepreneurs is an effective way to improve their entrepreneurial ability.
In order to encourage and support more college graduates to participate in entrepreneurship training, the Notice clearly requires college graduates with entrepreneurial ability to participate in entrepreneurship training and give vocational training subsidies according to regulations.
-Enjoy more public services. What projects do college graduates want to start a business? How to market successful project development? Who will help you if you fail to start a business?
In order to solve these problems, the notice clearly stated that it is necessary to strengthen the entrepreneurial guidance service for college graduates and provide "one-stop" services such as policy consultation, project development, entrepreneurial training, entrepreneurial incubation, micro-loans, entrepreneurial guidance and follow-up counseling.
The circular also requires that all localities should build and improve a number of college students' pioneering parks and business incubation bases with small investment and quick results, and give relevant policy support.
In addition, the government encourages and supports flexible employment of college graduates through various forms to protect their legitimate rights and interests. Those who meet the requirements can enjoy the social insurance subsidy policy.
