Why do students call tutors bosses?
In universities, except for junior college students, they are all graduate students, and graduate students are divided into master's and doctor's degrees. As a graduate student, except for the credits I should take, I spend most of my time in the studio. The studio here is the place where tutors provide students with learning. Generally, they are students with their own tutors, several desks and computers. Previous tutors may have few projects, little money and little space. They often share a small room with other tutors' students, and sometimes several students use a computer. At present, the general tutor can still provide each graduate student with a computer to study. Because most of the students' time may be spent on their own study, the direction guided by the tutor. However, some tutors will inevitably ask students to help with some things and give some service fees because of projects or other things. So it is not surprising that students regard their tutors as their own bosses. However, if the relationship between teachers and students becomes the relationship between business owners and employees, the identity and purpose of students may also change.

In my personal understanding, students should solve problems for teachers, and it is reasonable for tutors to provide students with a little living allowance. However, if this relationship really becomes commercialized, students may often just repeat the same work or do some jobs similar to assembly line workers, while for other jobs, their learning breadth may not be enough, and they may not have enough time to understand the academic frontier and discuss their research problems in depth. After a few years in a hurry, I suddenly look back and find that the most precious time of college has passed. During these days, I may have learned nothing but earn some money, which is probably the most worth pondering by these "employees". Of course, then again, some students never leave school. Let them feel the task of the enterprise in advance, earn a little money, and let them have a sense of accomplishment. This is also a concern of the tutors for their growth. However, students' consistent living habits may not enter the role of employees in advance, so this kind of work may not help them much in their future work.

Therefore, students should see their own position clearly and study hard their ability to earn money in the future. It is right to help the tutor do something. In addition, when doing these things, the tutor should consider your time and won't take up most of your time. So, don't waste the rest of your time. The computer provided by the tutor is also used for learning, not for providing games for students.

Always thinking about problems and the future. I think most students may benefit from it. Don't wander around the society for a few years like me and think they should come back and study again. Therefore, it is not worth wasting your precious time and money.

Personally, I think it may not be appropriate for students to call their tutors bosses, because most teachers are here to teach students some knowledge. How can they be like bosses and employees? And the name "teacher" can never be changed at will. Personally, I think that teachers, whether they have taught you or not, deserve special respect. Calling the boss is a bit unpleasant for teachers, which weakens the relationship between teachers and students. Behind this kind of address, it may also be a neglect of China's traditional culture, a disrespect for the elderly and a bad phenomenon in society, which deserves our reflection.
