Article 1 The Articles of Association are formulated in accordance with the Education Law of the People's Republic of China, the Higher Education Law of People's Republic of China (PRC) and the relevant provisions of the education authorities, in combination with the enrollment practice of Yuxi Normal University, in order to standardize the enrollment work and safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of schools and candidates.
Article 2 These Articles of Association are applicable to the 20021full-time undergraduate enrollment of Yuxi Normal University.
Article 3 School enrollment shall strictly implement the relevant policies and regulations of the Ministry of Education and provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and implement the principles of "fair competition, fair selection, openness and transparency, and merit-based admission".
Article 4 The enrollment of schools shall be supervised by the majority of candidates, parents and all sectors of society.

Article 17 Access Rules
1. The school recognizes the policies and regulations of the education administrative departments of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities) where the students are located and the admission examination institutions on adding or subtracting points.
2. There is no limit to the proportion of male and female students in each enrollment major of the school.
3. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that implement sequential volunteering, according to the principle of voluntary priority, the school will enroll the first volunteer online candidates from high scores to low scores. If the number of first volunteers is insufficient, non-first volunteer online candidates will be recruited. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) where parallel volunteer is implemented, the school will accept candidates from high scores to low scores according to the principle of "giving priority to scores and following the principle of voluntariness". If the admission amount is not satisfied, we will collect volunteers until the plan is completed.
4. For the candidates who enter the file, the school determines the admission major of the candidates according to the principle of score priority, that is, according to the scores of the candidates, the professional volunteers of the candidates are satisfied from high to low, but the first professional volunteers of the candidates cannot be satisfied. Provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the central government) that implement the comprehensive reform of college entrance examination or regardless of arts and sciences give priority to those who have higher scores in Chinese, mathematics and foreign languages.
5. In addition to English, Thai and Burmese majors, the school is limited to English language candidates and other majors are not limited to foreign languages. After entering the school, all public foreign language subjects are English. Candidates applying for English major must take the oral English test organized by the examination institutes of all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and only those who pass the exam can fill in the relevant professional volunteers. 6. Candidates who apply for art majors must participate in the professional unified examination and the college entrance examination cultural examination according to the relevant provisions of provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). Candidates' cultural examination scores and professional scores must reach the control scores of undergraduate admission of art-related majors in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the school recognizes the admission rules of art majors in all provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government). To meet the requirements of art candidates, according to the following rules:
(1) Candidates majoring in fine arts, design, musicology and dance are selected according to the professional scores of the provincial unified examination from high to low. For the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) that implement the college entrance examination reform, the subjects selected for each enrollment major shall be based on the documents published by the admissions examination institutes of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government), and the relevant admission requirements shall be implemented with reference to the admission documents of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).
9. The enrollment of general majors in Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region is accepted according to the rule of "queuing for admission according to professional volunteers within the enrollment plan 1: 1", while the admission of arts and sports majors is based on the professional scores of the unified examination and the admission is based on the rule of "defining professional volunteers".
10. Three undergraduate majors, Chinese Language and Literature, English, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, belong to the first batch of undergraduate enrollment in Yunnan Province, and the enrollment batches of other provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government) are implemented in accordance with the provisions of the 202 1 enrollment documents of the provinces (autonomous regions and municipalities directly under the Central Government).

Article 18 Physical examination requirements
In accordance with the Ministry of Education, the Ministry of Health, China Disabled Persons' Federation issued the "Guiding Opinions on Enrollment Physical Examination in Colleges and Universities" and related supplementary provisions. Article 19 Access and Qualification Examination
1. All freshmen who are admitted to the school must come to the school on time to go through the admission formalities with the admission notice and valid identity documents. Chapter VIII Supplementary Provisions
Article 23 The Articles of Association shall come into force as of the date of promulgation. In case of any conflict between the school's previous regulations on enrollment and the articles of association, the articles of association shall prevail. If the Articles of Association are inconsistent with the national laws and regulations or the policies of the higher authorities, the national laws and regulations and the policies of the higher authorities shall prevail.
