First, the applicable object

1, undergraduate course changes to major at school, which is suitable for full-time undergraduate course 20 13.

According to 20 13 college entrance examination and other relevant regulations, full-time undergraduate students below grade 20 13 cannot apply for major change: (1) special sports enrollment; (2) Targeted students (including the special poverty plan enrollment in 20 13 years); (3) Students who change their major or transfer experience; (4) Students majoring in physical education, such as musicology, fine arts, art education, visual communication design, environmental design, product design, broadcasting and hosting, radio and television director, sports training, physical education, social sports guidance and management (they can apply to transfer to physical education).

2.20 12 full-time undergraduate students 20 13 who have not applied for a major change can apply for a major change in the school.

Four, turn to professional places and assessment methods

Please refer to the module of the new educational administration system in the public database for the assessment methods of each major and the number of places to change majors.

Five, professional guidance, consultation and evaluation work arrangements

All departments should strengthen the guidance for students to change majors, and students can consult relevant departments within the specified time. For the time and place of consultation and evaluation arrangement, please refer to the new educational administration system to professional module in the public database.

Sixth, determine the professional list

On April 28th, the Academic Affairs Office published the list of students to be admitted to major transfer online.

On May 5th, the list of transfer students was announced.

Seven. Relevant policies

1. After the application for changing majors is approved, students may not apply for withdrawal. The school does not accept students to apply for other universities as transfer students.

It is up to the department to decide which grade students transfer to. After students transfer to a new major, they must complete the required credits according to the professional training plan of the transferred grade before graduation. Complete the credits specified in the teaching plan ahead of time, and you can graduate ahead of time. The credits of general education courses (compulsory and elective) obtained by students in the original major can be directly transferred to the new major. Other credits can be used as elective credits for general education to major.

2. According to relevant policies, free normal students can apply for changing majors within the scope of free normal majors.

3. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, the school accepts applications from outstanding non-normal students to transfer to free normal majors. According to the regulations of the Ministry of Education, free normal students must sign an agreement with the school and the provincial education administrative department where the students are located. Therefore, the school will send the agreement of free normal students to the provincial education administrative department of the student's hometown for the students who are admitted to the free normal students through the school's major change. After the provincial education administrative department signs the agreement, students will formally obtain the status of free normal students. If the provincial education administrative department does not agree to sign a free normal student agreement, the students can return to their original majors; Students choose a new major that includes non-normal or non-free normal majors, or they can choose non-normal or non-free normal majors.

For provinces (such as Beijing, Tianjin, Hebei, Jilin, Liaoning, Jiangsu, Guangdong, and Hainan) and majors (educational technology, psychology, musicology, fine arts, and art education) that do not have a free normal student enrollment plan, as well as Shanxi, Shandong, and other provinces, it is not accepted to transfer to a free normal student major.

4. Expenses (tuition, accommodation, living expenses, etc.) during the study period (including free normal students). The extension of the academic system caused by students' personal reasons (including changing majors) shall be borne by the students themselves. The charging standard shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the Measures for the Administration of Credit System Charges of East China Normal University.

5. All students who change majors start to study in new majors from the first semester of the 20 14-20 15 school year.
