The Organization Department of the Student Union is the central department of the Student Union, which is responsible for planning and organizing various student activities, and is an important functional department for organizational construction and management of youth league cadres.

Basic functions:

Familiar with the basic situation of the league organization in the whole hospital, and understand the situation of grassroots league organizations, organizations and members of the general branch;

Strictly do a good job in membership development, membership card registration management, membership registration, tour fee collection, membership organization and relationship transfer.

Responsible for organizing amateur league schools and cadre training courses;

Supervise and inspect the exhibitions organized by the general branches and branches of the department; Assist the Youth League Committee in judging the May 4th Award-winning First Working Group;

Recommend outstanding members to develop the image of party member and assist in the specific inspection work;
