Focusing on the teaching and research work of the school, especially the discipline construction work, the library provides a wide range of peer-to-peer information services for reference librarians, colleges and academic leaders, as well as special services such as sci-tech novelty retrieval, retrieval, subject tracking, document delivery, interlibrary loan, information submission, e-mail, QQ, Weibo, and remote acceptance of college materials. The application software has been developed, such as the unified retrieval platform of collection resources, the virtual digital resource aggregation platform of Three Gorges University Library, the online open academic resource retrieval platform, the teaching reference book information system of Three Gorges University, the literature resource recommendation system, the remote acceptance management system of university books, the server operation detection system, and the electronic resource evaluation system. There are six departments, namely, literature resources department, information service department, technology department, circulation department, reading department, property security department and office. Existing employees 14 1 person, including 79 full-time employees, including professors 1 person, research librarians 1 person, 24 associate research librarians, 3 doctors, 5 masters and 52 people with bachelor degree or above.
