The 1. contest only accepts works recommended by colleges and universities, and does not accept applications from individuals or groups. According to the works recommended by undergraduate students (7 competitions) and graduate students (1 competition), each participating university shall recommend no more than 3 works in each competition category, and the same work shall not be recommended repeatedly.
2. The selected topic of the entries must conform to the theme of the contest and the connotation requirements of the submitted contest category, otherwise it will be deemed invalid.
3. The contestants sign up for the competition through their schools, with no more than 5 people completing each work and no more than 2 instructors.
