In engineering construction, safety is the main link that cannot be ignored. According to the practical experience in the construction site for half a year, this paper briefly talks about safety. The most important thing is to establish a sense of security. First of all, the managers of the project department must have a strong sense of safety and responsibility. Only when the managers of the project department truly realize the importance of safety can they do this job well. If the management of the project department is lucky enough to do this work, it will be a fatal hidden danger for the safe construction of the project. For the labor service team, the first thing to do is to arrange a safety education and training after the workers enter the site, and at the same time make safety technical disclosure to the labor service construction team. I came to Henan Kejian Company and was fortunate to be a member of Xijingyuan Project Department of Changyuan City. Although it's only been half a year, the office building 12# is my first project as a full-time builder. Therefore, we should be more strict with ourselves and do this project better with 100% responsibility.

I. Work Completion in the First Half of the Year 20__

The foundation earthwork of Changyuan Cheng Xingyuan 12# office building was excavated on June 12, and completed on June 10. During the period of 165438+ 10, there was little progress in 12# building, and the tower crane installation was completed on 10/26. During the period of 65438+February, CFG pile was mechanically broken due to excessive soil and humidity during excavation, and the pile breaking rate was as high as 90%, and the depth was 2.5m under the foundation pit. Because the design institute's treatment scheme for broken piles was delayed, the backfilling of sand and gravel cushion in the main building could not be carried out. The concrete cushion of the podium and the advanced water stop around the main building have been completed.

Second, the implementation plan for the second half of the year

First of all, let me summarize the main problems existing in 12# building:

1. precipitation: because of the short precipitation time in the early stage of excavation, the precipitation effect can hardly be achieved. In this case, Party A urged the excavation progress to be slow all day. When the excavation was -2.5m below the natural ground, water seepage occurred. When it reaches -7.5m, there is a lot of water at the bottom of the foundation pit. After the foundation earthwork is completely excavated, the failure of well point dewatering is changed to intubation dewatering. At present, the water accumulation in the foundation pit has been well controlled, but the problem of open water has not been well solved. In the foundation pit and the slope of the foundation pit, spring water continuously seeps into the foundation pit. The main reason for the present situation lies in precipitation. As far as I know, the Changyuan area is adjacent to the Yellow River in the south, with high water level and sandy soil. If the sedimentation can't be solved from the root, there is no way to waterproof the cushion and the foundation raft can't be carried out. Conduit dewatering can only intercept the water around the foundation pit and cannot solve the dewatering problem. The urgent task now is to reduce the water level at the bottom of the foundation pit. To sum up, drilling large-diameter wells around the foundation pit and dewatering with high-power sewage pumps can fundamentally solve the dewatering problem.

2. Slope support on the east side of the foundation pit: Because the high-voltage cable in the residential area is buried at the east side of the raft of 12# building 1m, for safety reasons, Party A fails to dig the foundation on the east side in place. At present, Party A can't come up with the excavation plan of the east slope of the foundation, which leads to repeated delays in the construction period. With the support of company leaders, it is decided to support the east slope of the foundation with shotcrete. Because the high-voltage cable is only 1m away from the raft, the east slope is only excavated vertically for shotcrete support. At present, the depth of earthwork excavation on the east side is 2m from the bottom of foundation pit. All excavators, large and small, can't go down to work because there is a large amount of water in the earthwork in the east, which leads to the shutdown of 12# building.

To sum up, I hope the leaders can communicate with Party A more and draw up a detailed construction plan.

3. Collapse of foundation pit slope: During excavation, due to Party A's failure to properly handle earthwork, a large amount of earthwork accumulated on the edge of foundation pit. The stacking height is far greater than the height of 1m specified in the specification, and Party A delays taking away the earthwork at the edge of the foundation pit. Because the load on the edge of the foundation pit is much greater than the load that the foundation edge can bear, the earthwork at the edge collapses and a lot of manpower is wasted. To sum up, I hope the leaders will communicate with Party A on how to deal with the earthwork on the side and how to prevent the landslide on the side.

Third, the actual project progress:

12# building was originally planned to complete the main three floors by the end of the year. However, during the period of 165438+ 10, the installation of tower crane was delayed for one month, and the problems of precipitation and landslide in the later period have not been fundamentally solved, resulting in repeated delays in the project progress. The foundation of 12# building has a buried depth of-7.550m, belonging to deep foundation pit. But so far, we haven't seen the detailed technical scheme of foundation pit excavation and the emergency treatment scheme of major problems. Party A was in a hurry to catch up with the construction period, and did not comprehensively consider various factors, resulting in the present result, which was caused by various reasons. At the beginning of the excavation, if the company leaders can dissuade Party A from continuing the excavation in time, and then carry out the dewatering work, the situation may still be optimistic now.

Fourth, some suggestions for the company:

1, the division of labor of the company's management leaders is too detailed to determine the commander. Company leaders have different suggestions for 12# building, which cannot be unified, leading to blind construction in construction. It is hoped that the leaders of the company will discuss and analyze the problems found in the 12# building in the next year's work, and draw up a detailed construction plan, instead of blocking the enemy and covering it with water.

2. Buildings1to 8 have entered the standard floor, and the construction is not difficult. The 12# building is now in a shutdown state. I hope the company leaders can pay more attention to how to solve the problems of precipitation, landslide and excavation on the east side slope.

V. Direction of efforts in the second half of 20_:

On the other hand, the problems faced by 12# building are worth studying and learning. This will also be my valuable experience accumulated in 20__ years. The project department organized filming, and 20 years are coming to an end. Stop and look back. I've been working for almost half a year. It's the end of the year and I want to sum it up. It is still very useful for our present work to report to the company in July, with a week of pre-job training and then a month of professional training. As I wish, the power distribution project department arrived at Fuzhou 03 Bid Section and returned to the city where I lived for four years. This hot land makes me feel more cordial. Coincidentally, graduation design is the main structural design of Doumen Station. Of course, our design is a mess for professionals.

I really don't like this state. I want to find my own foothold and study hard. At first, I still had a lot of leisure time. I should read more materials and be familiar with the drawings. At this stage, I didn't pay close attention. For those of us who have just joined the work, it is very important to study hard, grow up at an early date and lay a good foundation for the follow-up work. Just like in school, I don't lack thoughts and consciousness, but I don't do enough practical actions. Utopia is unrealistic. After nearly a month, the harvest can be summarized as follows: I am familiar with the work and life of the project department, understand the progress of the project, and learn to make some materials.

(2) Career planning

The train station was short of people, so we were transferred to the train station while we were still measuring. At the beginning, there was no specific task, so we just looked around the construction site and then looked at the information we brought. Then the tutor took the apprentice, and I became the apprentice of Manager Xie and began to send workers.

Working during the day makes scheduling easier. I know that scheduling is not simply called digging machine construction, but it is as simple as arranging workers to work. As a dispatcher, you should have a global vision. Especially when many processes cross, how to arrange the sequence of several things is particularly important. Only by coordinating all the work well can we ensure the orderly and efficient construction and avoid unnecessary troubles.

Start working late, start working with colleagues, and slowly learn how to arrange work. Later, I worked the night shift alone, and planned my work in advance before going to work: materials, personnel, machinery, time, venue, is everything ready? Most of the time, I am the only manager on the construction site all night. I complain that there is no one on the night shift, I don't need tools, I don't come back every day and I don't want to go. Really feel pressure, afraid of making mistakes, always be careful and try to make things end smoothly and perfectly. In fact, this mentality is not suitable for new employees. It is impossible not to make mistakes at work. Something happened. I became brave. It is a sign of maturity to have an upward attitude and how to solve problems actively.

I never feel superior. I don't feel inferior to others. I have no sense of superiority at work. I know I learned very little in college and I have no work experience. So as a novice, I don't mind doing some manual work. In June165438+1October, the construction site was covered with mud, and the transportation of construction waste mud became the key work. (3) Full-time technical personnel

/kloc-construction management of underground continuous wall began in mid-February. I have paid attention to pipe trench construction before, and I have also seen drawings and learned relevant technologies. When I was a dispatcher, I felt a deep thing: at that time, a leader asked me how many main holes and auxiliary holes were drilled in the underground continuous wall. I can't answer it. So although I am also learning the technology of underground wall connection when I am doing dispatching, I am only an amateur technician. Now as a full-time technician, I have the opportunity and enough time and energy. I must do it well.

Not satisfactory, there are many problems, even the wall is not that easy. Every day, you should know the groove forming situation and know the groove forming progress like the back of your hand. The processing of reinforcement cage of underground continuous wall does not meet the requirements, or even is not ideal. Our management is not strong enough, it is difficult for workers to manage, and the requirements of technical disclosure cannot be met. Slowly, I talked to the workers more and became familiar with them. They are more willing to cooperate with our work and the situation has improved. Therefore, how to better communicate with workers' masters is a very important aspect.
